The Energy Non-Crisis

Lindsey Williams talks about his first hand knowledge of Alaskan oil reserves larger than any on earth. And he talks about how the oil companies and U.S. government won't send it through the pipeline for U.S. citizens to use. free 'The New American' magazine download-the NAU issue: http://www.thenewamerican.com/node/6230 http://www.free10dvds.com --Terrorists' Activities: prior knowledge furnished to the FBI six months in advance of 9-11--free download: http://www.scribd.com/doc/496170/Terrorist...-advance-of-911

Lindsay Williams' book 'The Energy Non-Crisis' can be read online here:
http://www.reformation.org/energy-non-crisis.html

Makes for some interesting reading; the gist is that a gigantic field of oil was discovered under Gull Island in Alaska that is larger than any in Saudi Arabia and is estimated to be the largest oil field ever found. However, according to Williams - who was the pastor on the Alaskan Pipeline - the well was capped and the find was classified. Williams claims the reason was to control the price of oil.

I'm no expert and have no way of independently verifying the claims, however when I listen to Williams I find him credible. I'll be curious to learn if any of you know anything about it...

Here is a playlist for a speech given by Williams at a conference in Mexico in May 2006 - it's a very interesting speech:

Sorry, but it's a bit disheartening to see such BS on this forum.

Well, I'm not a religious man myself. But I'm open-minded enough to consider what someone is trying to communicate, and my concern is to evaluate the credibility of the information and the credibility of the speaker. As for the speaker, his book was endorsed by Colorado Senator Hugh M. Chance who wrote the Forward and who says he traveled to Alaska, met the men Williams quotes in his book, and "can personally attest to many of the facts, and certainly many of the conversations quoted in the book."

Also, you can often discern clues by listening to a man speak. As I mentioned, I watched the videos of his presentations and find him credible: I presume you haven't bothered to do that?

As for the information, what Williams says about the Oil Bourse and the World Bank's role in controlling the price of oil appears to be well supported by multiple sources, and the information Williams gives about large untapped Alaskan reserves was just corroborated in this post from bill on the peak oil thread:
http://pilotsfor911truth.org/forum//index....;#entry10742589

Williams' claims about untapped Alaskan natural gas reserves were supported last year by Alaska's Governor Sarah Palin, who was elected on a platform of getting a natural gas pipeline built "on Alaska's terms" to transport some of the at least 235 trillion cubic feet of untapped natural gas known to exist on the North Slope:
http://money.cnn.com/2007/10/16/news/compa...rtune/index.htm

So, based on this growing list of corroborating evidence, seems to me it might be worth considering what the man has to say. I'm wondering, do you have anything of substance to offer on the subject?

I don't know,
but that was the first time, I really enjoyed watching
a "man of the cloth" spread the "word" to a congregation,
whilst waving around, his own good book.

imo, lunk
