I had my letter to editor published in North County Times (San Diego County) today.
Conflict of interest in 9/11 case On April 5, a case brought against Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Myers raised the bar to a new level for blatant conflict of interest. Judge John M. Walker Jr., a cousin once removed of George Walker Bush, saw no reason to recuse himself when a case charging the former vice president, secretary of defense and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff came before him for appellate review. The case charges the defendants with responsibility for injuries suffered by April Gallop, an Army employee, and her newborn son at the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001. Gallop and many others in the 9/11 truth movement contend that explosives were planted inside the Pentagon and that no credible evidence has been presented supporting the theory that Flight 77 actually hit the building. The case before the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals is being heard by a three-judge panel. A motion to have Judge Walker disqualified from hearing the case was denied. This is extremely worthy of note:
The idea that Cheney knew a plane was heading for the Pentagon is supported by the 9/11 Commission hearing testimony of the then transportation secretary, Norman Mineta. Mineta reported to the Commission that Cheney was in the presidential bunker prior to the Pentagon “crash” and was tracking the plane as it approached the Pentagon but not taking action to intercept it. -------------- Shouldn't Cheney have done something? Like, perhaps, call the Pentagon and other gov't agencies, to ensure that alarms were sounded? Actions that might very well be indicated, depending upon what those orders, that were still standing, were. Obwon |

The guys contracted to work on the "rennovation" got a cell phone call from one of their wives or a friend, alerting them to the aircraft that had flown into the buildings in NYC. That's why they LEFT THE SITE well before the "explosive event"! How simple was that? |

The whole plot seems to hang on our leaders being "excusably" absent their posts! But... There is no such thing as being "excusably absent" their posts, when they have no acceptable excuses. Bush was informed, but took no action, his excuse? "He didn't want to frighten the children". Cheney was watching, but took no action, his excuse? He just didn't care! Condi was shopping and took no action, her excuse? She had a show to attend. Rumsfeld was in a meeting, but took no actions, his excuse: He raced out onto the lawn to see if he could help victims. Had that been a Soviet first strike, I don't even want to imagine, what they could have done with an extra hour and a half. This is the first I've seen where the number of charges and the time needed to place them is treated. As well as some interesting additions one might not easily figure. The detonators, for instance, he claims would have needed safeties, that a radio signal would remove before they could be detonated. That's when I remember how Metro Call pagers, with their "ubiquitous" signals, could reliably reach deep into buildings and other structures, to deliver the needed activations. Since 10,000 of these detonators would need to be placed, a series of computer controlled pagers, would have been the ideal method. All three pager companies went out of business/bankruptcy, after 9-11, go figure, eh? Also he thinks of planting listening devices with the explosive charges, to monitor if they've been discovered, so that operatives (who didn't know what they were doing), would be able to take the needed actions against anyone who discovered them. They don't answer phones themselves, because everything has to be logged, so they have people who take the call for them and log it, before passing it to them. Condi was out shopping, but that doesn't mean she was lone. Her aids and security were probably receiving updated info all along the way. She had to be choosing to ignore it as long as she could. Of course, she could no longer ignore it, when some woman, who had seen tv., broke through the crowd and screamed at her, "What are you doing? People are dying down there"! As usual the public was unable to properly evaluate this scene and the media was of no help. Obwon |

Condi was out shopping... OUT SHOPPING??????????? There's got to be a law about Federal employees abusing the public monies by not being at her post at 9AM on a Tuesday, normal workday. Let's have a look at her contract and find out what she was getting paid for doing NUTHIN! Don't these folks have any responsibility to punch in at a certain hour? Interesting reading at VeronicaChapman. I did not read the whole thing, but it's a fair analysis. The guy is kidding himself, however, about any Boeing at Shanksville. And while anything is possible, I doubt very much that a Global Hawk was involved at the Pentagon. Interesting stuff about the various demolition charges, but I know nothing about that stuff. Modern day mini-nukes might explain some of the strange phenomena that day, but I'm no judge of that stuff. |

On 9/11 – Everyone watched the attack on TV In regards to Condi Rice, she was seen with Cheney in his office at 9:00AM, according to Richard Clarke. Of course, they were both watching TV. My guess is that the author did not do much reading about the other attacks. After all, there's so much and so many theories to read about each, it's hardly a wonder why any one person wouldn't be up-to-date on them all. Of course, for people who dealt mostly with the Pentagon, even seeing the mention of a Global Hawk is a turn off. But who knows, perhaps that was the state of consensus, when that writer was reading about the WTC. But, this guy's field is explosives, so that's what should be taken away from his writing, there he probably has a good grip on the issues. Well enough, at least, to inform us of what obstacles stood in the way, what the logistics might have looked like. Thus giving us more clues to look for. Explaining things we may have dismissed too soon. I'm no judge of it either, but, making mention of it else wheres, will certainly invite other, knowledgeable people to explain further, hopefully.
