Why didn't Congress listen to this very wise man? Why do they STILL NOT LISTEN TO THIS MAN?

Very good statement by Ron Paul. It's somehow encouraging to know that at least one person in congress understands. But I guess he is the only one, judging by current events.

I voted for him back when, as a Libertarian presidential candidate. The country just wasn't ready for it because it was largely unaware. Complacent and unaware.

Serious damage has been done to the american legal system and its principles. Therefore, serious action is required to overcome that serious damage. The USA Unpatriot Act should be repealed, so too the Military Commissions Act, its dirty brother.

Bush and Cheney should be impeached.

You're right, Amazed!

This administration has done so much damage to our country, and has made us hated by most of the world. This is inexcuseable and an outright betrayal of WE THE PEOPLE.

We all need to keep contacting our Congressmen and tell them to start listening to Rep. Ron Paul as he knows what the underlying problems are with our country that is slipping it into tyranny and undermining our civil liberties. THIS MUST STOP as it threatens our future as America.

Please do a Search on the internet for Ron Paul and you will see he knows what he's talking about, and appears to be one of the few HONEST people in Congress. Kucinich is another one who is ON OUR SIDE. Sadly, I don't find many in Congress who are TOTALLY for us. It seems that most DON'T HAVE A BACKBONE in CONGRESS. However, RON PAUL HAS A BACKBONE and ETHICS apparently is important to him, RESTORING OUR REPUBLIC, and our rights as CITIZENS.

Dr. Paul has an amazing insight into why AMERICA is in trouble. He understands the ROOT CAUSES of our SERIOUS PROBLEMS (i.e. illegal Federal Reserve that is owned privately, lies from the Admininstration and Congress, Media propaganda that is feeding the public lies, and so much more).

Rep. Paul has been writing articles and giving speechs on the floor of the House on Capitol Hill for years, only to be ignored by others in Congress. It's time THEY START LISTENING, AS THIS IS URGENT!

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

WE THE PEOPLE need to know what he knows, and a good place to start is to read all of his articles and papers on this website.

WE THE PEOPLE must then start DEMANDING THAT HIS PEERS IN CONGRESS, start listening to what he has to say. HE IS RIGHT, and if Congress doesn't start getting informed and doing their job - WE WILL LOSE OUR COUNTRY.


WE THE PEOPLE must send any Congressmen home in 2008, who don't start listening and trying to do the hard work that is NOW REQUIRED, DUE TO YEARS OF NEGLECT, to RESTORE OUR REPUBLIC and OUR FREEDOMS as citizens. If they're not doing their job, we will not be paying their salaries with our taxes. SIMPLE AS THAT!


REMEMBER: THIS IS NOT A WAR ON TERROR, it is a WAR ON FREEDOM, yours and mine, and is being perpetrated from the highest levels in our government,

Our Congressmen MUST START clueing in to what's going on, and those who are complicit MUST BE PURGED for their TREASON against this country - knowingly or unknowingly. I say this because IT IS THEIR JOB TO KNOW what's going on in Washington, so they are GUILTY either way.


Main LIES (but many more):

1) Iraq had NO CONNECTION to 911.

2) There were NO WMDs in Iraq.

3) OUR FREEDOM is being trampled by the Worst PRESIDENT of HISTORY, and he continues to LIE TO US and the WORLD.

WE MUST IMPEACH:

1) IMPEACHMENT of BUSH/CHENEY - TWO men who don't know how to tell the TRUTH.

Yeah, I like Kucinich too. Heard him answering questions on TV for about 20 minutes last week, and he came across very well. A thoughtful and principled man.

First off I would like to say sorry for raining on your parade but here goes.....

Voting doesn't matter. There I said it. Doesn't matter who or what you vote for anymore. I thought people would have gotten that through their skulls when Bush won. HE DIDN'T WIN THE POPULAR VOTE. But yet to this day look where he is. If Ron Paul is speaking truthfully and really wants to get to the truth of things, do you actually think "they" would let him in office? Come on now. I am actually still surprised he is alive let alone still in office after he has come out and spoken the truth. I am still waiting for the day when "Anthrax" shows up at his office.

Honestly I can't even come up with an idea on how to fix things anymore.

Voting in new blood doesn't work. Even when you vote for someone and they get the popular vote they still don't win.

Protesting doesn't work. To my knowledge it never really has done anything but gotten peoples names in files compiled by the FBI,NSA, and CIA. Or in worst cases gotten people killed or beatdown.

Writing your congressman doesn't work.You might as well use that paper to wipe your ass cause atleast it would be used for something worth cutting that tree down for.

Sooo that leaves one thing left. One of which only about 1/2 of 1% of people would be behind since this country is so full of sheep. And that is armed revolt. Hell our founding fathers SUPPORTED ARMED REVOLT and said it should be done every 200 years. Should be done to keep the government in check. BUT it would never work. We all know why it would never work. They have all the good weapons now. We have pistols,shotguns, and semi-auto rifles. They have Bio-weps ,nukes, planes, tanks,etc.. They have also disabled every states militia. Why would they do that? Hmmm I wonder.

Either way I don't really see a sound strategy to take this country back.

Look at it this way. Compare our problem to Germanys problem back in the 30's and 40's. (Come to think of it look at the striking similarities of what Hitler did when he came to power and what Bush has done).There were many many Germans that didn't like Hitler. He had such a strangle hold on the country that nobody on the inside could oppose him. It took outside countries to overthrow him. That is why looking back in retrospect I am truly saddened with the collapse of the Soviet Union. NO I AM NOT A COMMUNIST. I love this country and the idea of what this country used to be. But the Soviet Union was the only country keeping us "In Check" so to speak. Now we are the bully with no opposition. No one can defeat us on the battlefield anymore. As the past 15 years have shown no one and nothing can stand up to our might. An unopposed Super Power is a truly scary thing in my mind.






PS Sorry if I come off totally cynical. I am really not that kind of person. But when it comes to this subject, I have given it months worth of thought and I have only found one conclusion. We are fu*ked. Royally.

Don't UNDERESTIMATE the power of WE THE PEOPLE. They won't just roll over and allow this to happen, now that the truth is coming out. The truth is being revealed on a daily basis. I see quite an amazing transformation in the TRUTH MOVEMENT in just the past 6 mths. The information is getting out, and with lightening speed now.

This country has overcome many obstacles during its existence. Sadly, our current struggles derive from the OUTRIGHT BETRAYAL of the BUSH ADMINISTRATION and their EVIL BUDDIES. As more and more people learn of this TOTAL BETRAYAL they will not be sitting still.

HUMANS have an enormous WILL TO SURVIVE. What is happening to this country will KICK IN THAT WILL, and it will do AMAZING THINGS to CORRECT THE WRONGS PERPETRATED BY BUSH AND FRIENDS.

Sure, the media and our officials are lying to the population, but the good news is that MANY OF US NOW REALIZE IT. Knowledge is the beginning of triumph.

The majority of the population now owns computers, and uses the internet, and are getting informed, and that is going to make the real difference.
