over the last several weeks, i have been considering how ingrained the concept of conspiracies are in the amerikan culture.
let us consider some very popular television shows involving private investigators, for instance. the rockford files, for instance. in virtually every episode, rockford encounters a conspiracy. and in virtually every episode, the lapd runs away from any investigation of the conspiracy that rockford discerns. then there are the beverly hills cop movies. once again, the armature for each movie was a conspiracy. that the "officals" refused to acknowledge. then you have the mel gibson, danny glover flickers. also involving conspiracies that the "officials" try to ignore. and though i don't spend a lot of time watching television, i have done enough surfing to encounter CSI episodes. once again, the armature of the episodes is a conspiracy. so, let us think about this focus on conspiracies for a moment. on one hand, the networks that broadcast these shows denounce the notion of the existence of conspiracies. but on the other hand, they broadcast innumerable television shows that reveal the existence of conspiracies. in fact, that is the crux of virtually all of television "crime" broadcasts. now, let us consider the modern detective novel. from ray chandler through earle stanley gardner. and beyond. in virtually every one of these novels, the leitmotif was a criminal conspiracy. i care to assert that this conspiracy armature continues to govern most purportedly fictional literature. and more to the point, the historical record clearly illuminates the existence of conspiracies. and yet, there is the notion floated[by agents of the state?] that any belief in the existence of conspiracies is delusional. i ain't deluded. i know of conspiracies. one of the most upfront was how david geffen and his associates[aka dreamworks], which included a mayor of los angeles, stole the ballona wetlands, so as to create a residential hell hole of condos and apartments. the very queer david geffen also deployed a conspiracy involving malibu police, chp, to prevent public access to the beaches of malibu. which fronted his estate. one of his allies in this effort was babs streisand. never tell me that there are no such things as conspiracies. they are fermented on an hourly basis. |

An interesting point Albert, but I would make a point that it's not the actual concept or definition of conspiracy that is ingrained in the public psyche, but rather just the word, with strong encouragement of the negative connotation it carries.
That negative connotation is an essential part of the coverup. The truth is that humans plan (conspire) to do things all the time, and these plans obviously include certain players and exclude others. It's perfectly normal behavior. But the spin from the MSM and govt is that people RARELY conspire. |
