Just something i wanted to point out about WTC7, controlled demolition, and the damage to WTC7.

Before photos of the corner damage and the upper level damage to wtc7 had surfaced, the case for a controlled demolition hinged on 2 things - the symmetrical collapse and the squibs on the upper right side as it collapsed. Debunkers of WTC7;s controlled demolition could never really explain the high speed symmetrical collapse of the building, but would often debunk the squibs in the video as "air pressure inside of the building increasing due to the collapse, and blowing out smoke as it collapsed, creating the illusion of squibs".

Now what i have to ask is, How the hell does air pressure build up in the building as it collapses when there are large open holes in the lower corner and upper center of the building?? Any built up air pressure during the collapse would easily and immediately escape thru these holes, completely eliminating the possibility that the "squibs" were created by internal air pressure escaping!

These photos of external damage to WTC7 have in fact not debunked the "collapse due to controlled demolition" theory, but rather strengthened it by completely eliminating "air pressure" as the origin of the squibs you see in the collapse video. wink.gif

Good point! Also, all of that smoke pouring out of the south face of WTC 7 means no pressure build up as well. Even if we can't see the holes, we know they were there, since they had smoke pouring out of them. Not that I think that holes imply extensive damage, mind you, just lots of broken windows, for the most part, would be my guess.

The squibs we see cannot be caused by air pressure building up by "pancaking floors" because they move up the building, and not down. Looking closely at the video, it would appear that these squibs are bursting from the opposite face of the building, as opposed to the corner. This would explain their correlation to the squibs appearing at the front of the building, and why these squibs appear so small in the video.

Furthermore, if we consider that WTC 7 contained 24 large steel support columns and trusses arranged asymmetrically, then to create a symmetrical collapse would require most, if not all of these collumns to fail simultaneously. The Second Law of Thermodynamics implies that the likelihood of complete and symmetrical collapse due to random fires is very small as asymmetrical failure is far more likely. This concerns the directional flow of heat in relation to work. Also, we need to take heat transference into consideration. This would make it very difficult for random fires to heat up the necessary areas of the steel to the point of failure.
