If our Founding Fathers were alive today, do you think they would have put up with this? Or pulled out their muskets and 'cleared the area' of the aggressors....

Each day that goes by, I fear a Second American Revolution is inevitable... and perhaps by design...

Take the 11 mins and watch what our Country has become...

it's a bit of a redux or reprise perhaps:

http://bureaucrash.com/2008/04/14/long-tim...erson-memorial/

and unfortunately, it looks like the actual entries have been scrubbed. well, i guess the point is that is not unprecedented and perhaps that should make it more disconcerting.

Those cops need to go back to school and be trained in law, the Constitution, and how to minimize a situation and not exaserbate a situation. Bad cops......

Karma displayed in a most uncompromising way:

"Goodness" is leaving the country

in waves after waves after waves -

and i feel so sorry for america .....

imagining itself being the "law-enforcer" of the world!

the district court ruled that only calm was allowed at shrines of the uber-state:

i typically don't use/link to msm for anything, but i make exception this time.

“The Memorial is, has long been, and is intended to be a place of calm, tranquillity, and reverence—a place
where visitors can go to celebrate and honor Jefferson and enjoy and contemplate the Memorial itself
without the distraction of public demonstrations and other expressive activities,” Justice Department lawyers
wrote in court papers. “The Memorial is akin to a temple or a shrine (both in terms of its purpose and
its physical characteristics), not a place of public expression.”

So if people stood there, shed salty tears for what has become of america, they would still be arrested by
the orders of this sad excuse for a real human being, namely aforesaid judge john d. bates.

Idiocy is running rampant in the good old "united states", it seems like!

Cheers

See attached for ticket issued.

"Subject was dancing in a restricted area"

That is like the British writing tickets for littering the "Kings Harbour" at the Boston Tea Party. How'd that turn out?

Wow, just..... wow.

Ah man, I wish I could go to the next one. I miss good old fashioned confrontations with the man (although Belfast was a bit heavy), but the thought of being arrested for dancing is bizarro.

...I could have sworn that around 6:40 into that video, that bicycle-character was preparing to DANCE!!! blink.gif

Well. I think there's a very simple answer to this...

How was this again...?

"MAKE-LOVE-NOT-WAR"...!!!

Sooooo............

Have a "Dance-in" in that place. (Those who wish may throw in a wee bit of "Kiss-in" as well... )

Not one or two. But one or two hundred... or better: One or two thousand... Tenthousand would do nicely.

And thus extend a friendly middle finger to all those who believe that "Freedom of expression" equals the "Quiet calm and contemplation" found in a graveyard...

One thing i did find interesting about the above video is that it appears to be a genuine subtitle, granted, I do not know German. Anyone know German here?? Where is Carl when ya need him....

If the above is a direct translation, my next question is.... how did they get such a production done in such a short amount of time?

Someone please call Sacha front and center. We need a translator.

I am going to take issue with the behavior-dancing-and with the police response. the park has the right to set the tone of the memorial, I think it lends more toward solemn reflection rather than a "party" and "make out place" or dancehall. Some of these people may have as much historical sense as some of Jay Leno's street inteviewees in the "jay walking". That said, the appropraite response whopuld have been to get the offenders atttention and ask them to leave and do their thing in a more appropriatte place. I think they would have abliged. The right approach would probably succeeded. I think police behavior and attutudes of the arrested both created the problem.

And therein lies the problem.

Instead of the good ole' neighborhood Cop on the beat who understands what it means to "Protect and Serve", these thugs in DC are trained as Drones to virtually incite a riot, unprotected.... which is exactly what they have done... as more Protesters are showing up there on the 4th of June.

Those Cops werent even wearing vests. It is clear they were trained to be violent, and to attract violence. Their handlers want them as targets for violence as their apparent agenda can proceed.

I can see the headlines now...

"Bike Cops Gunned Down at [Insert Venue Here...] - Dissent Is Dangerous"

The DC Cops in the video were the type of, "Ok boss... ahhh.. uh... yessir boss... giving me a gun boss? Hehehe... We'll get em Boss", in their morning briefs..

They were/are human drones with egos larger than their IQ. Expendable... Thugs.. in Mafia talk...
