Yeppers, Alec and Koch already have 24 states in their pocket, they only need 34 to call a Constitutional Convention where they can then change the U.S. Constitution without the
need of the legislature or the President:

The Constitution of the United States

* * * * * * * * * *

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Barry's zionist mates and minders didn't bother to tell US
we're under Martial Law ...

They simply killed the Constitution

Whatever makes you think the kenyan and the khazarian kretins are any more likely
to tell us the Constitution is still dead?

It would help to have documentation on which states we're talking about. Quite a few states have passed resolutions for a constitutional amendment that would eliminate the effects of Citizens United and its offspring. I've been working on that in Maine, and I guarantee you neither ALEC nor the Kochs are interested in that issue. The two questions relevant to your statement are:

1. Are these 24 states all calling for a convention, or just for an amendment?
2. If the former, are they all doing so at the behest of ALEC and the Kochs?

There's no doubt a convention would be extremely risky, but it would help to know what the motivations are of those calling for it.
