I have one question... why don't the people at or around Indian Lake say in which direction the Boeing was flying? Obviously, it should be NW to SE, but none of them say it.

i didn't conduct the interviews so i cant say they didn't.

barry lichty confirms it was coming from the crash site over indian lake. so yes the NW to SE is correct. obvisouly he doesn't think/believe it was flight 93 but that it had to be another plane.

the fact that anyone heard anything over indian lake at that time is the smoking gun.

Anyways, I found it a bit strange that none of the witness statements in your video or your write-up on CIT mention direction... seems like a natural thing to do when you are telling a story about something you saw.
