Flight 0077 Where Are You?, Was N644AA missing the whole time?, merged

I can not seem to find N644AA (Pentagon) anywhere!

I checked 300 airports on September 08, 09, 10, 11 on 2001 and I just can not find this plane anywhere.

I even checked Aviation Photos showing the plane at BOS on 07 August 2001 but checking BTS records doesn’t show the plane being there anytime during the entire month. How could this happen?

As a test, I checked N334AA (North Tower) which is seen leaving BOS on 10 September 2001 as flight 0197 to SFO and leaving SFO as flight 0198 at 10.04 pm for BOS. Problem it is never seen as arriving at nor taking off from BOS on 911.

As a backup test, I checked N321AA which departed BOS as flight 0011 on 10 September 2001 to LAX and returned to BOS as flight 0012 by 9:30 pm that same day. On 911 N321AA took off at 7:39 am as flight 1547 to MCO and does in fact land in Orlando, Florida by 10:16 am. Wow…2 hours 37 minutes!

N321AA shows that all ACARS systems were working fine that day and this was the plane to be on.

Speaking of Flight 0077…if I were to pick a pilot to fly a 757 over the Pentagon, I would have picked Captain Charles Burlingame. This guy was perfect in every way. After reading his record, I got to wondering how many Navy Pilots achieve the rank of Captain (Colonel) having never been a command pilot or running a command!

If Captain Burlingame is not kicked back on some tropical island enjoying a Pina Colada, he is a non person at Camp X-Ray @ GITMO.

I believe that flight 77 didn't hit the pentagon and I'm fine with the possibility that we may not know where it went. I was hoping someone could atleast give me some educated guesses though, and it'd be better if there was even light evidence to back it up.

I looked for N644AA at the American Airlines home terminal Dallas / Fortworth and could not find it arriving or leaving up to 4 months prior to 9/11/01.
It should stand to reason that is where it would get regular service and maintainence. I have not resumed my hunt for this aircraft but might start the tedious task again soon.

Hi, WTC reality checkers.

I am soooooo mad at myself.

I did see, ( not sure if video or photo ), a few days ago, a BIG **cruise missile**,
painted on the sides with false windows, and painted on the rudder exactly
with an exact replica of the 2 big AA, the same as on the airliners.
It was on the forks of a lift truck. . .if I remember well. . .?

WHY, HO WHY did I not BOOKMARK that one !!!??? B-(((((

Any one else did see that ??

It doesn't matter. I believe the photograph you saw was a part of an art project (there are several in the series, including one of the missile photographed as it flew over the highway toward the Pentagon). All are photoshoped 'works' (of art) -- not to be taken seriously. Please take some time and use the forum to educate yourself. There is no evidence that a missile or anything else hit the pentagon.
