Its a new perspective and a different angle. They are zoomed in well at the beginning of the fall. I wish there were sound to it, they are close enough to have caught GOOD sound on it. Also new footage of north tower collapse there.

Thanks for the links SP. I'm going to "educated guess" that you've got a sometime Federal employee who posted this based upon this part from the YouTube link above:

That person might still be under some security restrictions with the Feds (some of those last for life). I'm speculating FEMA, FBI or the demolitions "cleanup" crew(s), but draw your own conclusions here.

EDIT: Here's a blank sample of a "Sensitive but UNCLASSIFIED" one from the Dept. of Energy on wireless communications, for example.
