I didn't know Bill but I am certain he knows that those off us here will most assuredly carry on in his behalf. It's been a rough couple of years, having lost '2' good friends of mine, both due to things that should not have been their ending.
If we had enough aircrew in one spot, we could fly a missing man formation for him. I'm sure he'd like that. very very sorry about your loss. d. cimino |

Fairwell dear friend, though never met
you will be missed, that is for sure the empathy was always there, and is still. Until we meet on some ocean shore. Fairwell. ***** And I have felt A presence that disturbs me with the joy Of elevated thoughts; a sense sublime Of something far more deeply interfused, Whose dwelling is the light of setting suns, And the round ocean and the living air, And the blue sky, and in the mind of man: A motion and a spirit, that impels All thinking things, all objects of all thought, And rolls through all things. William Wordsworth 1770-1850 Lines composed above Tintern Abbey whilst on the banks of the river Wye in July 1798. Edit: formatting. This post has been edited by Omega892R09: May 23 2009, 12:34 PM |

I only knew him by way of the internet, and I regret now that I didn't take up his offer to get to know him better:
That chance will never come again. What I do know is that he was a gentleman in the very truest sense of the word: A "Gentle Man"- what the native Americans would have called "A real human being" (as opposed to something which walks upright on two legs...) I'll remember him always as "Ocean's Flow": Whenever I pass a place were there is flowing water... |

sad news . didnīt get a chance to meet him . he went before I came .... may he RIP and besides anyone who loves such great band as Rush just must be a cool guy ! He was the coolest guy - very positive, always contributed in an enthusiastic, pleasant way, I never met him but just from the communication that can be had on the internet I really came to consider him my friend. We miss him. |
