I have created a new program to decode AAL77's raw FDR file.
I am making it available for download along with it's source code and some output files from the program.
You can read more about it here
It decodes almost 4 more seconds of data than what appears at the end of the NTSB CSV file.
I welcome suggestions for any more parameters you would like decoded or any other features you would like added.
I will also be discussing this on the J.R.E.F. "AA77 FDR Data, Explained" thread as well as here.
mod edit: Although Pilots For 9/11 Truth do not have any reason to believe the above program is offered for any nefarious purpose, we felt the responsibility to add this disclaimer. Pilots For 9/11 Truth do not vouch for nor is responsible for any of the data provided above by Warren. Nor can we guarantee his program is free of malicious code. Download at your own risk.

Thanks for your reply Warren... I have been "playing/hacking" with your decoder program here and have noticed the same anomoly.
On the plus side I have taken the 757-3b1.txt file and used it as a comment template for your list parameters section in your GenerateOutput.cs file.
I am a long ways from smoothing out the anomolies, but it does add nearly 1000 parameters to your program,
of which I would guestimate that 60-70% use your ZeroOneParameter class, which appears rather bulletproof.
If you are interested in it, I can upload that later. (IMG:http://pilotsfor911truth.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
A screenshot for now : (IMG:http://pilotsfor911truth.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
I am also still searching for a copy of the ARINC 429 standards ( and not having much luck ) for the misc. readouts like departure and destination.
( It simply is not worth what they are asking, for the purpose I intend to use it for. )
Also did you notice the weird maintainance done on that plane 2 flights before the fatal one ?
Chicago - O'Hare - Maintainance/Calibration done ? GRND_SPD_C = 0 - 599 - 400 - 0 x3 while gear down and done within seconds. (IMG:http://pilotsfor911truth.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
Just one stupid question though...
Why did you not use the BitVector32 class ( the 32 bits can be easily subdivided ) ?
I think that would have made your program much more efficient, faster, and easier to code.
( for a reference see page 291 of THIS book ISBN: 978-0-470-19137-8 )
Edit to add - I almost forgot, my 737 manual references OCTAL numbers for some of the FDR parameters.
I do not know if that applies to the 757 FDR also, but it may be worth experimenting with.
( does not help GPS time at all. )
2nd edit to add - GenerateOutput.zip
