Here we are in fantasyland. All of us know from TeeVee. We know about the global scope reach and influence of "our "CIA/Delta Forces/Army Rangers/Navy Seals. In order to be marketable AlQaida, the single name has to be used to justify everything. We should envision secret caves in the mountains of Afghanistan complete with central command, worldwide communications networks and a number one, two, three top down command structure of enemies.

And while I am at it what did the exposure of torture pictures coming out of Abi Grahib mean. It means "our" mighty military didn't have control of the situation. That famous military discipline did not apply in this case? The military can't keep a secret? Or was it an on purpose destruction of the image of America. In order to make global government you have to marginalize nations so why not start with the one who thinks it is "free".
