Roland Jacquard of the Observatoire International du Terrorisme (literally translates as "International Observatory of Terrorism - you get the idea), displays what he calls a "manual given to senior al-Qaeda."

An article on the French site Numerama shows that Jacquard describes the manual (using Numerama's transcription and Google Translate's translation) as "giving software survival and protection to protect important people exchanges between Al-Qaeda on the Net"in other words, it's a computer security manual for al-Qaeda, to allow them to avoid monitoring. He gives the title as "Mujahideen Secrets 2."

But Numerama shows that the manual is, in fact, an Arabic C++ programming manual and it's easily found on the Internet.
