Texas becomes first state to ban 'intrusive' TSA security pat downs By Daily Mail Reporter Last updated at 8:44 PM on 13th May 2011 Texas has become the first state to ban intrusive airport security pat downs. The bill, passed late last night, aims to make touching travellers in an 'inappropriate' way during searches a criminal offence. The measure makes it illegal for anyone conducting pat-downs to touch 'the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person' including through clothing. 'This (bill) has to do with dignity and travel, and prohibiting indecent, groping searches,' Republican Representative David Simpson, the bill's chief sponsor said. He believes it will keep TSA officials from treating travellers like criminals. The chickens in the Texas Senate backed down faced with Bolshevik bulley threats from TSA and DHS, but there is some pressure for to bring it to the table this week and take action.

this is a dead issue. the airline industry serving the state of texas will not allow this bit of legislation to proceed. the feds closing texas airports would gut continental/united, southwest, amr.
the genie of tyranny has been allowed out of the bottle. save for the insurrection that the usg has been working assiduously to suppress, the usa as a consitutional republic has come to an end. we now live in a dictatorship. formally, the usa has become a banana republic. and some of us may be sandanistas now. |
