QUOTE Obama Put on NoticeMarch 8, 2012 • 10:35AMThis NOW AVAILABLE in LEAFLET FORMAT GET IT OUT NOW! Yesterday Rep. Walter Jones, republican of North Carolina, introduced H. Concurrent Resolution 107, which calls on the House, the Senate Concurring, to do the following: "IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 7, 2012 Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary CONCURRENT RESOLUTION Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution. Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution." http://larouchepac.com/obama-on-notice |

Dear Mr Balsamo Can't help wonder which 'birth certificate', Mr Obama, is going to use, to try and get the 'President', around the first bit of "sanity", that appears to have surfaced in your country for a long time. Never lose site, the World is filled with, essentially, decent people. All they need is the voice, to bring about change in direction. Keep up the good work everybody. Robert S |

Thanks for the link, Rob ....
What a relief to see there's still some conscientious and humane people of influence left in the good ol' US of A. But what about the rest of congress? Should be very interesting to see how many there are in congress and in the senate of the 'war-lecherous', when it comes to voting time ....if and when that should ever happen!! "....... Thus, all warfare is rooted in Darkness and is brought about by the mutual intolerance of the various nations, which in turn can be attributed to the lust for power of the leaders and the rulers. If the human will for evil thus calls forth fighting and destruction and a war begins, the nation that initiates the hostilities must bear the responsibility for the war of aggression as well as for the war of defence forced upon the other nation and its allies, regardless of the forms that the war may take. And so long as the attacked nation limits itself to the defence of its country, of its rights, the aggressor will continue to be in the wrong. But the moment the defender extends the hostilities to the territory of the aggressor in order to attack rather than to defend, both sides must share the responsibility for whatever takes place from the moment the border into enemy territory is crossed. (The same laws apply if the battles are fought at sea or in the air). ......." (Spoken to mankind 90 years ago!) Cheers This post has been edited by Tamborine man: Mar 9 2012, 08:29 AM |

This will never pass. Biggest problem is that it conflicts with Article II Section 2 making the Prez the C-in-C.

Biggest problem... Generals and Presidents all work for the bankers behind the curtain who do whatever the h@ll they want, making the USA pay for it, and while giving us all the finger. And better yet, they feed “ignorance and hate” to the political/religious “Right” to keep the flame burning. Stupid is as Stupid does… |
