I registered in a yahoo group, I forget which, but it was one that eventually led me to LC and on to this.....Anyway, I still get e-mails that are sent out in mass from them and I see alot of Janets interactions with people and I have read in her words, probably hundreds of e-mails she sends to people.

Her story is incredible. I don't want to say unbelievable, because I have seen enought to know that she is likely speaking the truth about much of it. I know she has been on the t-vavle thing for quite some time. She gets alot of guff from ALOT of people and she is one of the most passionate people I have ever read of listened to.

I have considered contacting her. I just deleted an e-mail from her, I think when I get the next one I will sned her something and invite her over here.

Wayne Madsen in his book "Jaded Tasks" reports several death squad-style murders occurring here, in America; including a couple in D.C. No doubt extrajudicial killings are part of the enforcement of the norms of the NWO. It bothers the sh*t out of me that they "suicided" H.S. Thompson. That guy was my hero, no understatement there.

The chick that gets drugged in jail is the daughter of the D.A. here. So he comes to us, the press, and gives us this DVD. Now in it, no choke hold is ever administered. To me it looks like they inject something into her arm. She's out for about a half hour. But the grand jury saw things differently. They see a choke hold. Needless to say, the police get off w/o even a slap on the wrist.

So here's the deal, and you guys can help me out. I watch this flick over and over looking for the choke hold and see none, ever. This chick wasn't choked. But when I start asking around about it people treat me like I'm crazy.

Anyway what I think we've got here is a video made of an experimental knockout drug used by police on an unsuspecting victim. It is maybe absorbed thru the skin and leaves no trace. They made the film to have evidence of the drug's effects. But they foolishly couldn't figure out that it was the DA's daughter they were drugging and the excrement hit the fan.

But what do you think? Is this a black op caught on film?

I used to see them do the same thing when I was in the pokey. What really sucks is when you DO give them a reason and they don't have a camera.

I would also agree, I saw no choke hold. The very butch woman running the show was hoding around her neck, in the area of possibly cutting blood flow, but having been choked unconscious numberous time, I can say there is NO way she would have been down that long.

I also, possible heard something about putting on 'ointment' in the first part of the video. There was also something about the way she reacted to the on guy in the first part after she gets cuffed. Okay, I watched the video George. I didn't see where the woman (that was a woman!!!! LMFOA!!!!!!!) officer held the bottom of Ms. Tanner's jaw, and for one brief second put her left arm under/around Tanner's neck. Not nearly long enough to cause unconsciousness, and damn sure not long enough for 25 to 30 minutes. Tanner was being a smart ass with the whole "get on your knees" "get your knees off your butt" thing. But as the grand jury found, she was wrongfully arrested and imprisoned. I didn't see where she was injected with anything, but the camera didn't catch all the things that were being done to her close up.

I watched the vid a couple of times. She did struggle with the police as she was being restrained to the prostraint chair for the second time. What was really disgusting was the muscle bound jerks entering her cell and manhandling this "small woman" according to the grand jury "no true bill" document that is available on the website posted by George. Seems there was a lot of police misconduct that night if you read all 22 pages of the grand jury document. Maybe what the grand jury saw was that Sgt. Betty La Victoire (the highly questionable woman) was holding underneath Tanner's chin in a very restrictive manner that could have choked off her caratoid arteries while pulling back during Tanner's resistance (second strapping in to the prostraint chair). Whatever. Have you ever fainted from a lack of oxygen? I have. You recover in seconds, not 25 to 30 minutes. And the EMS people were joking about Tanner's condition when she would respond to the water being sprayed in her face.

What's really FUBAR is that the designated driver for the night, one Michael McGuirk was also arrested when he came out to see why his vehicle was being towed. "Officer" Nathaniel Jaurtovac obviously lied about McGuirk to have him arrested to cover his lies. READ THE FREAKIN' DOCUMENT FROM THE GRAND JURY LINKED ABOVE. It's like a god damned Mongolian clusterfuck on wheels at high speeds. Where do they get these overdosed testosterone morons for the police force? AND WHY THE HELL do most of them shave the sides and back of their heads with a "crewcut" on top? Are they supposed to be some badass mofo's? Does that make them more of a "man"? Not in my book. Manhandling young ladies and falsifying reports and evidence to jack with innocent civilians is just jack-booted thuggery.

God damn. Makes me want to puke. These assclowns jack with any of my kids like that and there'd be hell to pay.

Thank god Sgt. LaVictorie and Pasqualrielo got indicted over this sh*t. Too bad the grand jury couldn't see what the hell was going on.

Thanx bro. When I first saw that movie I made a big deal over parts of it. The butch cop's grip on that child's neck changes every three seconds or so. No continuous pressure. Also, the kid is out, out beyond the reach of amonia tablets, for no less than 30 minutes. I'll have to watch and listen for the term "ointment." Needless to say I was told to stop asking questions almost as fast as I started.

Yeah, dude, what a bummer about Thompson. I've thought about making my signature something like "here to avenge Thompson's murder."

I've been reading a great book: "Agents of Repression," by Ward Churchill. Talks about the FBI's repression of the Panthers and AIM. So many assassinations. So many ways they did it. If you've got guns they shoot you in the head and say you killed yourself; or shoot you in your sleep and say you fired the first shot. If you don't have guns, they pick up one of the more desperate cats from the Haitian refugee camps in Miami and have him rob and kill you. Or they slip you a "death by natural causes pill." One fairly standard part of the M.O. is you have to be privy to some nugget of inside information or powerful and influential within a politically revelant movement before they kill you. Yeah, and they usually warn you first in some way or another. Another good book on black ops and stuff is "Kiss the Boys Goodbye." A solid read there also.

They staked that child out. Saw she was basically living with a drug dealer on probation and regularly fought with him; showed up and made up some bullshit about a domestic dispute and other things until she flipped then hauled her in for "resisting" or whatever. I'd say the officer in charge of the op tasked them boys with picking up someone small and weak to try out this new technique. That's speculation. You'll notice towards the end, when the child is still unconscious after however long, the supervisor walks into the room, prods the child, takes some notes and leaves.

Anyway, get this, the former Flagler County Sheriff was appointed by the state to clean up corruption there. The old sheriff was canned and they brought in this guy from across the state to clean up a force notorious for corruption and brutality. Anyway he retires a couple of years back.

Now check it. Less than a week after we publish the video and the investigation into this incident hits prime time, he dies "of natural causes" at 59. Again I started calling around, but not identifying myself when I did so; just as a concerned citizen. The coroner refused to tell me anything, except that no autopsy was going to be performed.

So I call the sheriff's office itself and the lady tells me that "they aren't going to do an autopsy" because he died from "natural causes." I say, "what kind of natural causes. Heart attack? Anneurism? What?" And she didn't know. Couldn't say. Just that it was "natural." Naturally dead at 59, a man formerly appointed to clean up corruption in a police force just slammed with yet another investigation into brutality.

Anyway that policy is clearly bogus. Here you are talking about a man who put folks behind bars for life. He turns up dead. You investigate, no doubt. My research revealed that the state drugging anybody in its custody had been deemed unconstitutional by the USSC. That is, until the passage of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 which legalized exactly that. Of course, that act has yet to be challenged.

Here is a copy of an e-mail sent out by Ms. Phalen. I think it shows how well infomed and how much she has invested into the Truth Movement. What ever you want to call it, she is a star in my book.


COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP, GROVER TRASK!

The attached document was issued by Grover Trask, head of the District Attorney's office in Riverside, California, and signed by Elise Farrell, Deputy D.A. The letter states non-compliance with a request for the policies and procedures manual of that office. The letter is also non-responsive to a request for the guidelines for making California Public Records Act requests, which was included in the request made by this reporter.

The law concerning this is clear--according to the California Public Records Act, the administrative procedures of justice agencies are discloseable under Section 6254. In addition, anyone requesting the guidelines for making CPRA requests must be tendered these guidelines, free of charge.

Not so for this reporter, apparently.

This may seem on the surface to be a marginal issue. However, it is anything but that. The D.A.'s office is covering up previous criminal behavior by that agency in refusing to tender a manual which would clarify where that agency previously went rogue in terms of a report sent to Special Prosecutions concerning the attempted murder of Dr. Amalie Phelan, formerly of Temecula, California. Following that agency "dropping the ball" in terms of their responsibilities in investigating that report, the attempted murder escalated to virtual kidnapping and very likely, murder.

In November of 2002, I submitted a report to the Special Prosecutions unit of the Riverside District Attorney's office. Following the sudden illness and hospitalization of my mother, Amalie, who had been under the care of the infamous conservator Melodie Z. Scott, I returned to her Temecula home and found evidence of what may have resulted in my mother's sudden and nearly fatal illness.

I contacted the Temecula Police Department immediately and filed a report. The report was assigned to Detective John Davis but never investigated by the Police Department. In addition, there were serious errors in the evidence report made by the police who responded to the 911 call, which mitigated the appearance of criminality on the part of Scott, her employee Linda Garcia and my sister, Judith Phelan, now residing in Oakland, Ca.

Armed with evidence of police misconduct, I filed a report with the Riverside D.A.'s office, Special Prosecutions Unit.. The report was assigned to A.D.A.Mark Mandio. Immediately, Mandio left on sabbatical . I re-contacted his office on his return, but Mandio refused to return my calls. I then appealed to a Los Angeles attorney, Jeff Lustman, to contact Mandio for me. According to attorney Lustman, Mandio had only this to say to me: "Please don't call."

According to "Bonnie" at the Special Prosecutions Unit, no action was taken on my report. My mother never returned home from the hospital and was in fact "legally" kidnapped by Melodie Scott and moved around from home to home in a shell game. Amalie Phelan died under extremely suspicious circumstances, and was buried without my being notified that she has even passed on. I was notified later, and at a point in time when an autopsy would have been useless to determine the true cause of death.

The report taken by the Temecula Police Department-- TER02163053- -states that it was forwarded to the Riverside District Attorney's office for investigation. According to "Vicky" at the Southwest Justice Center and "Dee" at the Riverside District Attorney's main office, the report was never received by that agency.

Intent on reporting misconduct by these public servants to the Riverside Grand Jury, I made a written request to the D.A.'s office for 1) their guidelines for making California Public Records Act requests and 2) the policies and procedures manual for Special Prosecutions. The attached letter documents the non-compliance by Trask to these requests.

Apparently, Mr. Trask feels that his office can continue to cover up the crimes against my mother with complete impunity. Mr Trask seems to believe that in committing to a letter a refusal to turn over a manual which by law he must release to me, he will be able to continue to run his criminal cartel without public knowledge of his crimes and with immunity from prosecution.

I am calling for the arrest and prosecution of District Attorney Grover Trask and former A.D.A. Mark Mandio. I am declaring them to be accessories after the fact in the attempted murder of Dr. Amalie Phelan. Considering the course my mother's life took following her hospitalization in June of 2002, it is very likely that she ended up the victim of foul play. I am also calling for the arrest and prosecution of Melodie Z. Scott and her attorney J. David Horspool on charges of conspiracy to commit murder, and for the arrest and prosecution of Judge Stephen Cunnison, Riverside Superior Court, under Title 18 Section 242 of the U.S. Code, for his actions in court on August 1, 2002, previously detailed in an article entitled "Deadly Corruption in Probate Court," (link follows) http://portland. indymedia. org/en/2006/ 12/350953. shtml

My mother was the widow of James R. Phelan, investigative reporter and best-selling author. My father, who passed away in 1997, had been a mote in the eye of the Republican Party for decades. His article on the Nixon-Hughes loan dealt the death blow to Richard Nixon's bid for the California Gubernatorial seat, according to Governor Pat Brown, who defeated Nixon in that election. My father's work on the Garrison angle of the Kennedy assassination derailed Garrison's attempt to falsely incriminate Clay Shaw, and thus to divert attention away from the real assassins, who were very likely a part of an emerging power cartel in the government, including Lyndon Johnson and George H. My father's articles on J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI, purportedly sent Hoover into a rage.

Given the continued involvement by government agencies, including the Temecula Police Department, the Riverside D.A.'s office and the Riverside Superior Court, among others, in occluding the nature of the criminal activity directed at my mother, I am stating here that I believe that my mother's premature death was a result of retaliation by the government cartels that my father sought to expose.
