Quietly implemented in December, the special "Communications Management Unit" (CMU) at a federal penitentiary in Indiana targeting Muslim and Middle-Eastern inmates was not implemented through the process required by federal law, which stipulates the public be notified of any new changes to prison programs and be given the opportunity to voice objections. Instead, the program appears to have been ordered and implemented by a senior official at the Department of Justice.

Uh...YEAH. That's pure D Straussian strategy. If a government doesn't have an "outside enemy" then one needs to be created whether it be real or just some "noble lie." Zionist, neocon, Israel firster, Paul Wolfowitz (now president of the World Bank and former undersecretary of Defense) was one of his best students at the University of Chicago back in the early 1970's.

Osama bin Laden, a.k.a. Tim Ossman in the CIA got tagged as the new "outside enemy" after the Soviet Union collapsed in the early 1990's and they went off the map as our old "outside enemy." With bin Laden, "radical muslims" "muhjahdeen fighters" (recruited by the CIA, Saudi and Pakistani intel agencies to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan) and now "Islamofascist" (makes no damned sense as a word) the new "outside enemy" was invented by the American government agents of the Zionist, neocon, NWO, Straussian agenda.

Damned shame where we're at. Worse damned shame is where we're headed to before this thing has a decent chance of being overturned.
