IMO It’s Time to Consider Voting for a Third Party:
Warning: This does not mean a ticket that may possibly be Lieberman-McCain or Giuliani, or any of the FAILED POLITICIANS who have NOT SAFEGUARDED our REPUBLIC. We’re talking about people who by their actions are showing us they have some integrity, and are on OUR SIDE. We need candidates who understand that this NATION is A REPUBLIC, we have a CONSTITUTION and they work for WE THE PEOPLE. I currently feel there are only 2 politicians who are listening to the American people, and who understand the problems this country has, and what is causing them. Those two men are Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich. Reasons I believe it’s time: 1) We The People don’t truly participate in the outcome of elections. There is corruption at the ballot box, and the new voting machines will make that worse. 2) Our Two-Party System is broken, corrupt and controlled by the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and other Very Powerful groups that work behind the scenes for the GLOBAL Elite and Collectivists whose goal is the New World Order. 3) Many of our politicians have SOLD OUT to these powerful interests, and no longer do the work of the People. They have failed in protecting our Constitution and our Republic. Some of them don’t even know we are a REPUBLIC. 4) Our Two-Party System gives us NO CHOICE. It doesn’t matter which party wins an election, they are in bed with each other. 5) Our candidates no longer run on principle or the issues. It’s all about who has the most MONEY. The candidates don’t have to be qualified, but just KNOW THE RIGHT PEOPLE (President Bush is a prime example). What We Can Do: 1) Disrupt the two-party charade, by exposing it for what it has become. 2) Start supporting only select independent candidates like Rep. Ron Paul and Rep Dennis Kucinich who support We the People, our Constitution, and our Republic, and who can’t be bought for any amount of money. 3) Tell people how impressed you are with Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich and why. Tell them that the Independent candidates have an uphill battle, and that we must support them, especially due to what we know about the two-party system. 4) Help CLEAN HOUSE in Washington with every single upcoming election. Congressmen who refuse to do their jobs, or who allow themselves to be bought and sold don’t deserve to stay in office. The “good old boy” type of blind loyalty is no longer acceptable. People don’t belong in Congress if they have no backbone. We need men and women of principle, and who will not waiver. 5) Ask for a paper ballot or absentee ballot when you vote. 6) Make up flyers, cards, posters, etc. Leave them on bulletin boards, on cars, on tables, in the mall, wherever you go. Include on the flyer some good websites of candidates you want them to support, and why you like the person. 7) Include on the flyer links to websites that will educate people about what is happening, and that will move them to action. You might want to start with G. Edward Griffin’s “The Future is Calling Series.” Include other websites that helped convince you this country has major problems, and that some of our own are perpetrating them. http://pilotsfor911truth.org/forum...showtopic=5580 8) Use your own websites, forums, and blogs, to promote these 2 men, and to educate the public about what is really going on. 9) Share Google and You Tube videos, as most people have time to watch a short video, where reading lengthy articles is much harder. If you put Google videos on a CD, be sure to include a copy of the Google Player so they can watch it. But A Third Party Doesn’t Have a Chance of winning? 1) I said this for a long time myself, but now realize that thinking that way plays right into what they want us to believe. The point is: WE NO LONGER have a good choice between the RepubliCONS and the DemoCRAPS because they’re the same no matter who wins! 2) That doesn’t really matter. If we all gang up on the failed two-party participants, and this Independent team gets the highest percentage votes EVER, this will send a huge message to the Politicians that WE KNOW what is happening, and that WE WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE IT. What Each of Us Needs to do in our Respective States: 1) Find out who your Senators and Representatives are in Washington, and start monitoring them. This means find out how they vote in Congress, what they say in the media, and in various publications. Then hold them accountable. You are in a position to know more about the Congressmen from your State than I am, so if each of us would do this it could help all of us. 2) Contact your Congressmen on a regular basis. Tell them what you think they should have voted for, along with thanking them for what they did vote for. They need to know that we expect more of them now, more than ever. 3) Let them know that you are not happy with the things happening in Washington, and what you’re upset about. They need to hear our voices. 4) Remind them they work for “We the People”, that we have a Constitution, and that we are a REPUBLIC. UNFORTUNATELY, many of our Congressmen and officials in Washington have sold us OUT. It's TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY and return it to WE THE PEOPLE! Pledge of Allegiance: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands One Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for ALL! http://www.homeofheroes.com/hallofheroes/1...edge_print.html This post has been edited by jo56: Mar 23 2007, 11:51 AM |
