Interesting how, in this and related pic's, that wheel hub structure around the segmented plate type brakes (brake pads look like a pile of rusting shims) survived any fire as did the tyre fabric. My bet is that the hub casting is of magnesium alloy like most others of my aquaintance.

So the fire was not hot enough to melt magnesium alloy (or a solid chunk of aluminium alloy if that is what the material is), and I would think that these parts would have been in the fire zone, so how about steel girders?

Looks like the tip of a wing, tailpane or something. Should not be hard to identify by those who know the planes in detail - i.e., work on then daily.

Window looks rather small to me but then I have never travelled on one of these things.

I'm guessing that you are being facetious here O892. (I practically lived in airports and/or on B767s for an extended period of time for work-related travel, and window seat was not optional.)

With all your "Billg Brother" troubles, you may have missed this post:

It is linked to the "Aircraft Dimensions" thread over in Aircraft, specifically post #3:

This line of questioning (for me at least) all started due to Turbofan's question over in the Pentagon section:
