These seem to have been taken on 9/24/2001, based on info in a couple of the photos in the set and the general progress in clearing Vesey street. Included here more for context than anything else... you can make out the plane part on the roof in a couple of them.

For a similar view of the roof of WTC 5, I recommend FEMA photograph #4250, which I've captured a portion of and posted below. Clicking on the picture takes one to the full view... unfortunately, it's not clear whether or not the fuselage was on the roof at that point in time, the resolution isn't that sharp- at least to my eyes. Perhaps it does clear up the relative perspectives of the different views and backgrounds, though.
