NOTE: SELLER HAS ALREADY BEEN CONTACTED
http://forum.911movement.org/index.php?showtopic=2071&st=0 I think this still needs further investigation, despite the claimed error in serial numbers, but I would urge everyone to be extremely cautious in approaching this - one false move, and our biggest find ever could just evaporate! This calls for our most seasoned investigators to probe this very gently, and I suggest Jeff (shure) hold off for now with his unique brand of telephone journalism, at least until a few more facts can be sussed out. |

Just like joining an exclusive country club, any potential buyer must first prove to the seller that they have the means to complete a transaction. Does anyone in our circle have $16.5 million?

Yeah, Bill's right. If it's being offered for sale, inspection of the logbooks is normal procedure.
Somebody needs to pretend they're buying it. |

On viewing that first link, something looks fake about it. Several specifications, for example the seating capacity, are listed multiple times. That's stupid and redundant.

I called Mr. Chowdry yesterday and told him, I am working
with a berlin based Bank for Air Berlin and like to know some details about the 767 he listed on his website for investment interests etc... It was about 4:00 pm Washington time on Friday, 11/16/07 and he was in his car on the way home. I prepared myself a bit for this call, so I had arguments handy and he wasn't suspicious at all. But one of the first things he stated (in a very strong eastern european accent) was "First of all - there was a mistake with the serial number: Its not 223323 but 22332... err ...0 ! I said this is of minor interest, I am more interested in the maintanance and logbook history ond the former owners. and of course your idea of the price and your ideas of possible leasing contracts. We chat for a while and he told me, that this plane had its last flight from Dallas to LAX where the left engine caught fire. The insurance payed for the incident and instead of just replacing the old blades, he installed two new engines and the entire left wing, provided both by Boeing. I asked: "Were they new or used?" he said, of course, they were redone used ones, but this doesn't make any difference. We talked about 15 minutes and he confirmed, that this was an American Airlines Jet and that all maintanance service history is available and so on. He promised me to send me the info he got about the plane via email, and fotunately, I got a emailadress withj the word "Bank" in it, so he possibly will send me the stuff. But after looking up 223320, it seems he was talking indeed about that plane: (IMG:http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/2601/aa767sn22330lq1.jpg) QUOTE Taken at Los Angeles - International (LAX / KLAX) USA - California, June 2, 2006 American Airlines Boeing 767-223/ER N330AA / 330 (cn 22330/166) 12:30:22. The day is hazy and hot. I was taking photos to the Air New Zealand's 747-400 ZK-SUJ, when in the background I saw a big explosion in the engine number 1. It was the American's 767 N330AA. At the time of the explosion, the aircraft engines were running while the plane was parked near to the AA hangar. http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1059747/M/ anyway, It was worth a try. Carl |

I dont know if it mean anything, but According to what they say at airliners.net, N330AA / 330 (cn 22330/166) was sitting in LAX Oct. 2007:
"Los Angeles - International (LAX / KLAX) USA - California, October 2007 N330AA / 330 (cn 22330/166) The left engine exploded during a test run. Really sad to see her still sitting in LAX." www.airliners.net This post has been edited by behind: Nov 17 2007, 03:37 PM |

Really sad to see her still sitting in LAX." www.airliners.net Well... let`s see. The ad is dated September 2007, but the plane in question was sitting in LAX in October 2007, still damaged and unrepaired? I did a quick online research and found following infos: http://www.airframes.org/reg/n330aa "Status: Written Off" http://www.jacdec.de/info/2006-06-02_N330AA.pdf "Damaged beyond repair" http://us.airliners.net/discussions/genera...d.main/3683553/ Quote: "I walked around ship 330 after the fire, and there is no way that frame will fly again. The heat pretty much melted the flaps and canoes, as well as the wing fairings. The fuselage has severe heat damage, and most stringers aft of the wing are rippled out. The windows were charred, melted and distorted, and the tail took quite a bit of heat as well. Not to mention the destroyed engine(s), holes in the wing, fuselage and nacelles from the ejected metal from #1, and that poor bird was doomed right from the start. Thank GOD that didn't happen at V1." http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=718636 Quote: "I spoke with a couple LAX AA mechanics two months ago about this bird. They told me that she had been written off because of the structural damage and she will never fly again. AA has begun using parts from the plane to support other 767-223s. I also checked one of the web sites and found that this plane came to AA on 3/13/87 and when she was grounded in the summer of '06, she had over 80,000 hours of flying on her" (Ad says 70,000 hours, btw...) Some interesting pics: http://photos.palal.net/v/airports/laxairport/AA762/ Conclusion: I doubt this guy is selling N330AA... This is the biggest smoking gun ever. Hopefully somebody can locate this plane and photograph it and it's serial number. That would nail this down completely.
I urge everyone who has a sympathetic contact in MSM to pass this along. |

Isn`t there a way to take legal action against this dealer in the US? Something like "hidding/selling crime evidence" or so? |

I have heard reports that Google and Gmail are linked to CIA and/or NSA, and that Keyhole Corporation was actually an intelligence front. http://www.news.com/2100-1032_3-5428685.html http://www.theregister.co.uk/2004/04/03/go...s_evil_privacy/ http://gmail-is-too-creepy.com/ http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/01/08/msn_bans_scroogle/ http://www.spacetoday.org/Satellites/YugoWarSats.html http://www.globalsecurity.org/space/systems/kh-12.htm http://scroogle.org/ Next time you use Google maps and Google Earth, look for the "downloading from kh0, kh1, kh2," etc. in your browser's status bar. The toolbar is just creepy IMHO, but I'm no stranger to IT. I prefer Mommacrawler, Dogpile, momma.com, or scroogle, and I won't use Microsoft Internet Explorer (Firefox/mozilla are probably best now that AOL owns Netscape). |
