Former Italian President and the man who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio Francesco Cossiga has gone public on 9/11, telling Italy's most respected newspaper that the attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad and that this was common knowledge amongst global intelligence agencies.

Very good news, Rob.

Cossiga is one of the last of a rare breed.

Senatore,
Lei è un Ultimo dei Moicani!
Grazie 1000!

It's worthwhile quoting more from above link:
QUOTE
Cossiga's new revelations appeared last week in Italy's oldest and most widely read newspaper, Corriere della Sera. Below appears a rough translation.

"[Bin Laden supposedly confessed] to the Qaeda September [attack] to the two towers in New York [claiming to be] the author of the attack of the 11, while all the [intelligence services] of America and Europe ... now know well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the CIA American and the Mossad with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic Countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part ... in Iraq [and] Afghanistan."

So now Cossiga, former Italian president, joins Andreas von Bulow, former German defense minister... hmmm.... I mean these guys aren't Jo and Mo the night watchmen at the local WalMart.
amazed!
Great news!!! Thanks for publishing it Rob.

Anybody who still doesn't understand the inside job nature of the events is utterly deluded.

Cossiga must have a very good idea of what intelligence-services out of control are capable of.
Interesting is the timing:
He goes public with it now- and he would do that for only one of two reasons, I would imagine.
Either he believes the time is 'right', or he believes this world is running out of time. Otherwise he wouldn't risk ruining his reputation as an elder statesman.

In the meantime, the media here in Europe act their usual spineless self- Corriere della Sera has the interview, and nobody reacts to it.
And all that while George points out once more that the assertions of his intelligence-services are not something he intends to base his foreign policy on.
But then again- those are the intelligence-services of the United States of America.
He only listens to the private ones pulling his strings- not the official ones.
That- and the voice of God, of course.
(Err- that one be probably called 'Dick' or something...)

Here's a link to the 'Corriere della Sera' article.
For our Italian-speaking readers only,
- sorry, no time to translate now.

The context of above Cossiga quote, that the 9/11 attacks "have been planned and performed by the American CIA and the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic Countries... " was an aledged recent OBL-audio, claiming that Al-Quaida was responsable for the attacks and threatening also Italy's ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi.
Cossiga quoted Secret Service sources, that this audio has been faked by the "Mediaset Studios in Milano" in order to induce some solidarity with Berlusconi.

handsdown.gif for your courage, Senatore.

Interesting timing

The NIE and this coming very close together

It looks more and more to me that patriots in the Military thwarted the September false flag event (remember the put option plays that didn't pay off) (the 'missing B52 nukes') and someone finally stood up to Cheney and published the NIE

I think the Zionist agenda has hit a few potholes

but I think that will just make them meaner and more determined

I would not rule out an Israeli attack on Iran at this point or another flase flag in the US

We still live in dangerous times
dv8
Bravo ex-presidente'!!! thumbsup.gif ..and the list keeps on growing, and growing, and...

or a false-flag attack on Isreal that would be blamed on Iran and thus the attack occurs in which we would have no option but to come to the aid of our ally zionist brethren wink.gif
maturin42
It was interesting to note Israel's reaction to the news that their big, dumb, sock-puppet would probably not be able to trump up enough charges to justify (minimally) an American attack on yet another unthreatening middle-eastern country. Pissed off, they were.

One might even think that they were mad enough to start planning another attack by a bunch of fanatical terrorists loosely affiliated with an ill-defined group of Israel's enemies. I hear Mossad is good at that.

I like this thread!

P.S.: For other 'foreigners' who would have to look it up: NIE = National Intelligence Estimate
Lights
Ya, I wouldn't put anything past guys like the Mossad. They are determined to keep US support for Israel (which IMO was an illegal and immoral seizure of Palestinian lands--notice: they had to hit a country that, in the main, could not fight back, the bloody bullies!).

For the last few days after that report turned up, Ive been thinking.
And the longer I've been thinking, the more I got worried.
They wanted a war with Iran:
Everything had been geared towards that goal.
Instead there have been plenty of spanners in the works.
And now ?
Now the general consensus among the "experts" is that any prospect of an attack on Iran during this presidency has evaporated the moment that report turned up.
Meanwhile, the list of those openly proclaiming that there was a wee bit more to
9-11 than meets the eye is growing by the day.
Good news- certainly.
It should create some positive feeling; but instead I feel more worried than before.
This is not over by a long shot.
On the contrary- it hasn't even begun yet...
Cossiga claims that all the intelligence-services in Europe and America (and with that he presumably means the non-US-services) know that it was an inside job.
Let's assume that assessment to be correct.
Remember the B-52 back in August ?
One of the replies at the 'Army Times'- website back then described the kind of protocol involved in moving nuclear weapons. He then concluded that the whole incident was "...probably instigated in order to give (Ahmedinejad) a hint with a signpost" that the US still had -and might be willing to use- nuclear weapons, should the need arise.
Seymour Hersh claims that the Bush-administration has been aware of the existance of that intelligence-report for at least a year, but that they tried to sweep it under the carpet.
If that's the case- inhowfar would anyone see a neccessity to give Ahmedinejad a hint with a signpost, while knowing all the while that the Iranians have halted their nuclear weapons-program four years ago ?
The same person who wrote that post at the 'Army Times'-site also stated that the B-52-incident could only have taken place if ordered by someone in the White House- presumably Cheney.
So- Cheney knows that the Iranians are not working on a bomb, but finds it neccessary to dispatch a B-52 with nuclear warheads on board, just for the heck of it ?
Hardly.
Maybe the reports regarding a missing warhead where based on anything from a misunderstanding to a simple typing-error, or maybe someone just made it up.
Maybe there was a missing nuke, and it has been recovered by now- quietly, and without anyone ever noticing.
But if it turns out that one was missing, and still is-
Then now would be the time to worry big time.
Those guys have nothing to lose:
They are guilty of 3000-fold murder, crimes against humanity, high treason...
The list is endless. And a lot of the kind of accusations which may one day be levelled against them if they should ever have to face trial would carry the death-penalty under US-law.
If there are elections, and Bush goes quietly off to his ranch in Texas, there would be no guarantees that some day he and those behind him will not have to face the music.
Once they would leave office, there would in all certainty be a major reshuffle of all kinds of high- and medium-level officials.
It may not be possible for those criminals to make sure that they have each and every one of the new people under control; and even their grip on the media may eventually slip away.
It would be a risk they could not afford- even though there would undoubtedly be those who would try to cover for them, out of concern for the system itself:
How many people would find their trust in a political system shattered by the realisation that this whole sharade, this abomination could be so easily realised, despite all the assurances that there are plenty of safeguards in place to make certain that the system can not be abused, or undermined ?
"Treat the US like the world's biggest banana-republic, and just take it over", was the quote provided by Gene Wheaton.
To many people, the very fact that a bunch of renegade CIA-officials was capable of doing precisely that will indicate to them that the system itself is to blame; and so there will be those who will attempt to rescue that very system from complete ruin, simply by allowing the perpetrators of the greatest crime of the 21st. century so far to escape into obscurity, in the hope of the memories of this whole unfortunate episode to become obfuscated, obscured and gradually forgotten:
Something which happened 'over twenty years ago', or 'over thirty years ago'...

But even just the mere risk of someone within that system not playing along would be too great, since for those involved it would result potentially in the above-mentioned severe consequences.
Besides- they may be bloodied, but they are hardly down now, are they.
They still got months, during which they can attempt to turn things in their favour.

Those are not just people who believe that they can 'win' the kind of confrontation which further destabilisation in the Middle East may well carry along.
They believe instead that they can recover from it faster than anyone else...
They have nothing to lose.
They don't care about winning.
And they certainly don't care about the consequences their actions have for anyone else.
If they get pushed into a corner, there will be another 9-11.
That moment is approaching fast:
They can't proceed with their plans as before; at the same time, the heat is being turned up on them.
As Cossiga said- the intelligence-services know...
Sooner or later, it will not just be elder statesmen who speak their mind; their erstwhile allies will turn on them once the threat of retaliation has subsided.

That makes these guys a million times more dangerous than ever before.
My greatest hope presently lies with Admiral William Fallon. I hope he's as good as his word- but I also hope he's aware of the possibility of these guys by-passing or side-lining him.
In any case, he will only remain in his position for a few more months; who or what comes after him is more than uncertain.
There has been one report lately which stated that the task force in the Gulf has been reduced by one carrier; the sole remaining carrier is, I believe, the USS 'Enterprise'- the oldest carrier presently still commissioned in the US-Navy:
A floating museum-exhibit, screaming to be replaced with something a bit more up-to-date.
False-flag-attacks on US-troops in the Gulf are a possibility- as are, more worryingly, false flag attacks on mainland America.
I wish I could provide something a bit more positive for a change.
But this is what I presently feel; and it does not feel good at all.

It is quite a question what the Cossiga wants to say, that details about the bin Ladin cassete, are quite interresting indeed, I could hardly imagine a former president with so cracked political past to openly lie such a details leading directly to a company. What I know about him is that he was involved in Gladio and he was the man who first confirmed the Andreotti allegations (but he said he is proud to be part of it what cost him the presidency), they later not only confirmed be true, but they leaded to such gigantic terrorist network commanded directly from NATO, that an al-Qaeda - even if it exists - is a touring association in comparison with it. The Gladio investigation is now going on almost the second decade and still is not finnished, it linked most of the major terrorist attacks in 70's and 80's to the Gladio including such a hot potatoes as the largest terrorist attack in European history - the Bologna station bombing, or the prime minister Aldo Moro assasination. So we have here in Europe absolutely clear evidence, the US officials were involved in the pure terrorism long ago and after the 17 years of investigation there is clear, that the network was almost in all western european countries.
The Cossiga was very long time a top brass of the Italian intelligency which has very good connections to the European mafia, so if there was the CIA or Mossad involvement in 9/11, he would almost surely know it. It is realy interresting the question why he came out with this now, in that CdS it looks almost like he says it just by the way when he gets at Berlusconi, like something what almost all already know. But he is a frequentant of the Palazzo Chigi, so there it could be realy a topic of the jokes if it is true. Also the fact, that it was published in CdS - which is in Italy almost like WP or NYT in US is quite significant. My personal feeling from it is, that is more probable he speaks the truth than it is a psy-op - because of that video detail.

DA,
Good reading there, put my thoughts into words. "Seymour Hersh claims that the Bush-administration has been aware of the existance of that intelligence-report for at least a year." Point me to this, it caught me by surprise.

The part I can't figure out is that the intelligence agencies KNEW this would be so very embarrassing for the Fidiots in Charge. Yet, they released it anyway. And, the most confusing, is that these are all Executive branch agencies and departments. These people went against there own boss. So was it planned or was this an internal uprising? And the release absolutely pissed off Israel, so if it was planned, did the Fidiots just pull off the biggest backstab? Or, have the Fidiots really lost that much control? Dude, that would make them as you say more dangerous than ever.

Maybe Seattle can relax now, this would make the target move a bit eastward... like in my backyard.

Sorry- I wasn't on the ball here. Should have posted a link right away...

I think there are probably factions within the intelligence-community which are doing what they are supposed to be doing: Their job.
The people who are behind all this are linked to the intelligence-services, but they are not identical with them.
It started with Ted Sheackley and his crew deciding to take on a life of their own;
next they linked up with people within the establishment sympathetic to their 'cause':
People from the political spectrum (plenty of corruption around- fertile ground for the kind of ideas these guys were peddling around); people from the economical sector (again- plenty of corruption there; why be content with the kind of profits you can make legally, if you can have it all illegally...?)
Certain elements within the military would have been especially sympathetic- people who could empathise with Shackley and his people, because they shared the experience of having fought a futile war in Vietnam, and being chastised for the methods employed- the same methods endorsed previously by some of the same politicians who suddenly dropped the lot of them like the proverbial hot potato as soon as their own political existence was threatened.
They felt sold out- so they decided to have their revenge...
By now, this whole thing has mutated; it's hard to say which 'faction' within this veritable rat's nest ultimately won out, or will win out in the future-
but power corrupts, and these people are aiming for unlimited power.
There will be those within the existing structures who have realised that this is not in anyone's interest but that of those criminals,
and that it's certainly not in tune with what those people were brought up to believe in, or have been working for.
My guess would be that the report was leaked by people like that-
true whistle-blowers who may have realised that it's high time to put spanners in the works if they want to avoid armaggeddon.
There were reports like that in the past- at the time when Bush wanted support for his Iraq-adventure; back then, one of those reports refuted the claim that Saddam Hussein had links to Al Qaeda. Another one from Britain also refuted some claim- I can't remember which: The Al-Qaeda-link, or the Plutonium-from-Africa- one.
Both were largely ignored by the media, but they were mentioned here in Europe.
Whoever handed that report to the press was aware that he or she would run some extreme risks:
You can safely say that our 'friends' don't like those who try to put sand in the gears, especially if it results in the gears grinding to a halt...

After having studied all the reports, evidence, papers, analyses, etc. for several years, I have come to the conclusion that 9/11 was an "inside job." When I say "inside job", I do not mean that it was carried out by some secret branch within our government. I believe that it was the product of a group of people both inside and outside our government with a common philosophy and long-term goal. They did use government agencies and employees to achieve success, but those government agencies and employees did not know at the time that they were being used in such an evil and devious manner such that 9/11 was successful.

Hopefully, before too much time has passed, a true, honest and professional investigation will be conducted so that most of the pieces of 9/11 evidence fits together. Right now, the pieces of evidence do not match the 9/11 Commission Report at all. They fit much better into an "inside job" scenario, but the details of that scenario need to be investigated, put together, and made public. Then the real criminals who caused 9/11 can be prosecuted. 9/11 was a crime, not terrorism as described by our current government. If you still want to call it terrorism, then the word "internal" should be added.

The recent revelation by the Italian Ex-President confirms my conclusions.

Francesco Cossiga – Former President of Italy (1985 - 1992) and Former Prime Minister.
Book 9/11 Synthetic Terror: Made in USA: "Cossiga indicated his suspicion that the attacks presupposed some form of complicity within the US security system. The mastermind of the attack, Cossiga observed must have been a "sophisticated mind, provided with ample means not only to recruit fanatic kamikazes, but also highly specialized personnel. I add one thing: it could not be accomplished without infiltrations in the radar and flight security personnel." As for Bin Laden, Cossiga added that "it is not thinkable that he did everything by himself." (La Stampa 9/14/01, EIR 9/15/01) (p. 36) http://www.indymedia.org

The quote is from Alan Miller's site Patriotsquestion911 quoting La Stampa of 9/14/01. I sent a note to Alan Miller to see if he can update the quote with the latest from Mr. Cossiga.

I posted this on Nov. 3. I think it fits in pretty well with the Presidente's pronouncement.

QUOTE
Six months ago I would have objected strenuously to inclusion of any LIHOP scenario to explain 9/11, on the basis that, in a matter on which so much was riding, the execution would never have been left to the competence of the 19 actors that they claimed were involved, even if the high perps had placed individuals in key position flying cover for them, so to speak. More recently I have become convinced that a third possibility is consistent with the facts as I understand them - one that does not depend on the competence of administration actors nor the 19.  Instead, outsourcing of the operation to another party known to be highly competent in this type of operation, that also has motivation and technical capabilities equal to the task, is a flavor of LIHOP that may indeed be possible to believe. It has the added advantage of having powerful motivation built in - the activation of the most powerful military machine in history on the side of a relatively small and weak country.

I can think of only one organization for whom that scenario works. MOSSAD, or elements of that organization, it seems, could have done it, and the presence and behavior of their agents  - e. g. the dancing Israelis and the George Washington Bridge truck, and the fact that they were deported after questioning (and their release was reportedly ordered by Judge Mukasey, our new AG nominee) are all consistent with that scenario.Christopher Bollyn recently released a report that alleges that a MOSSAD front company operating in the U. S. had the capability to modify Boeing 767 aircraft in a variety of configurations, including installation of remote control equipment.  The presence of the large number of dual-citizen (U. S. /Israeli) officials in key slots in the administration, and their foreign policy orientation bolsters the case, as does this administration's deep connection with AIPAC.

There are several other aspects of this scenario that favor this explanation. It cuts down on the number of people in government who would be knowledgeable of the plan, and drastically cuts down on the number who would have to take direct part in the events. While there are several who would have to participate in the “flying cover” part, most would simply have to stay out of the way (and make sure no zealous employee took initiative to interfere), but leaving all the operational details to the ‘pro’s’ from out of town.

It also fits with the natural inclination of the gang of corrupt thugs running our theater. They believe in outsourcing what they can and it would be an attractive proposition to use an outside group. As in Operation Northwoods, we have historical precedent in the case of the USS Liberty attack. This is not to say that the U. S. Government rendered witting cooperation with the attack, but they bent way over backwards in covering it up to prevent it’s becoming a cause celebré for an anti-Israel movement here. MOSSAD is notorious for the ability to keep secrets as well as competence in covert operations.

Are there any other relevant indicators that belong in this collection?

It's equally relevant as of right now, Rob.

In Italy they had the "Strategy of Tension" whereby authoritaritarian elements in the Italiam military intel and 'security' forces went on a rampage consisting vast numbers of false-flag terrorist outfits -- mainly yje soi-disant "Red Brigades and the Black terrorists of Stefano delle Chiae pretended to "fight" each other while engaging in killing sprees aimed at terrifying the Italian public into accepting a milatary government with absolutist powers, which would be for all practical purposes be urremoveable, because they would have a police state with unlimited powers and no interfering "elections." The whole thing became unglued when the P2 Lodge scandal exploded, and they started fighting each other. 5.0 out of 5 stars New Landmark in the 9/11 Investigation, March 7, 2005 By Daniele Ganser (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) - See all my reviews

(REAL NAME)

This book is arguably the most important landmark in the investigation into 9/11 available on the book market so far. It is a very important, but also truly disturbing, book. For it shows to the reader in meticulous detail that the official investigation led by Thomas Kean and Philip Zelikow into the story about 9/11 presented by the White House has omitted and distorted so many facts that it can never seriously be accepted as the true account of what happened on 9/11.

Only very few people have read the 576 pages of the Kean/Zelikow report and tested the quality of the book. It is therefore of great value that Professor emeritus David Ray Griffin has carried out this task and described in detail how sensitive facts regarding mysterious or even illegal behaviour by senior US executives had been supplied in sworn testimony to the Kean/Zelikow commission by members of the FBI but then ignored in the Kean/Zelikow book. Griffin also explains that no mention, let alone explanation, is given of the collapse of WTC 7 or of the BBC report that six of the 19 hijackers were still alive.

While Griffin explicitly suspects that the Bush administration and the Pentagon have covered up the true 9/11 story, he never claims to know it himself but asks for a new and truly independent investigation. It is this latter feature which greatly contributes to the credibility and importance of this courageous book. I use this book with my history students to illustrate how history can be distorted through omissions and distortions. I warmly recommend this book to all those who are interested in both 9/11 and the subsequent cover up.

THE LITTLE FASCIST
================

From: “What do you say after you say Hello?” by Eric Berne M.D.)

“Every human being seems to have a small fascist in his head. This is
derived from the deepest layers of the personality (the Child in the
Child). In civilized people it is usually deeply buried beneath a platform
of social ideals and training, but with proper permissions and
directives, as history has shown again and again, it can be liberated
into full bloom. In the less civilized portion of the population, it is
openly exposed and nurtured, and awaits only proper opportunities for
periodic expression. In both cases it is a strong force in advancing
the script: in the first case, secretly, subtly, and denied: in the
second case, crudely or even proudly acknowledged. But it may be said
that whoever is not aware of this force in his personality has lost
control of it. He has not confronted himself, and cannot know where he
is headed.

A fascist may be defined as a person who has no respect for living
tissue and regards it as his prey. This arrogant attitude is no doubt a
relic of the prehistory of the human race, still surviving in the gusto
of cannibalism and the joys of massacre. For carnivorous anthropoids on
the hunt, ruthlessness meant efficiency and greed was motivated by
hunger. But as the human mind and brain evolved through natural
selection, these qualities were not bred out. After they were no longer
necessary for survival, they became detached from their original goal
of bringing down the dinner meat and degenerated into ends in
themselves, luxuries often indulged in and enjoyed at the expense of
other human beings. Ruthlessness developed into cruelty, and greed into
exploitation and theft. Since the prey–the flesh itself, and
especially human flesh–was largely replaced by more compliant
stomach-filling commodities, it began to be used to satisfy
psychological hungers. The pleasures of torture replaced or preceded
the pleasures of eating, and “He He” took over from “Yum Yum.” It
became less important to kill him (or her) than to hear and watch him
(or her) scream and grovel. This became the essence of fascism–a
roving band seeking male of female prey to torment or deride–whose art
lay in probing for the victim`s weakness.

There are two by-products of the grovel, both of them advantageous to
the aggressor. The biological effect is sexual pleasure and excitement,
with the victim available to indulge even the most ingenious
perversions the favorite of record being anal rape. Torture brings
about a peculiar intimacy between the torturer and the victim, and a
profound insight which is often otherwise lacking in both their lives.
The other by-product is a purely commercial one. The victim always has
valuables which can yield a profit. For cannibals it may be the strength
derived from magic organs such as the heart or the testicles, or even
the ear. For advanced peoples, the fat can be used to make soap, and
golden tooth fillings can be salvaged. These yields are exploited after
the furor of personal encounter has subsided, and they are “melted
down” into anonymity.

The small fascist in every human being is a little torturer who probes
for and enjoys the weakness of his victims. If this comes out openly, he
is a cripplekicker, a stomper, and a rapist, sometimes with some excuse
or other such as toughness, objectivity, or justification. But most
people suppress these tendencies, pretend they are not there at all,
excuse them if they show their colors, or overlay and disguise them
with fear. Some even try to demonstrate their innocence by becoming the
purposeful victims instead of the agressors, on the principle that it
is better to shed their own blood than that of others, but blood they
must have.

These primitive strivings become interwoven with the injunctions,
precepts, and permissions of the script, and form the basis for
third-degree or “tissue” games that draw blood. He who pretends that
these forces do not exist becomes their victim. His whole script may
become a project to demonstrate that he is free of them. But since he
is most likely not, this is a denial of himself and therefore of his
right to a self-chosen destiny. The solution is not to say, as many
do, “It`s frightening,” but rather “What can I do about it and what
can I do with it?” It is better to be a martyr that to be a troglodyte,
that is, a man who refuses to believe he has ascended from an apelike
creature because he hasn`t yet: but to know oneself is better than
both…”

I will only comment that by your own definition I am a winner.

As to the absurd lecture on fascism, I will quote Ernst Zundel: “Nature is Nazi”. How about atavistic, fascist feminists getting a kick out of butchered fetal tissue. Do they get orgasms out of killing their own baby?

Tony:

Since you lecture me on the need to control barbaric impulses, I will quote you Adolf Hitler regarding English propaganda. “Remember, gentlemen, if this empire (the British) actually believed in the principles for which it now professes to be fighting, it would never have been created in the first place.”
*

Tony Hollick // 18 December, 2008 at 12:21 pm

john thames:

I don’t “lecture you.”

I offer posts to read which may (or so I hope) enlighten you. There is a difference.

Hitler’s knowledge of history was none too good. The enterprise later known as “The British Empire” was created through voluntary trade, and the claiming of lands believed to have no States. Later, powerful merchants pressed for the imposition of uniform codes of Law, to assist in the upholding of their contracts.

This inevitably gave rise to a shift from “Primus Inter Pares” to Imperial Sovereignty.

The principal cause of the American War of Independence (supported by less than a third of the Colonists) was the Ruling in the House of Lords that slave-owning was incompatible with te Common Law (which applicable in America). The slave-owning class viewed this as ruinous and intolerable, and fomented revolt.

Do you really regard Blacks as less than fully human?

Tony

john thames // 18 December, 2008 at 4:20 pm

Tony:

Hitler’s reading of history was quite good; yours is deficient. Let me enlighten you. The British empire was not created by “trade”; it was created by raw, naked aggression all over the planet for centuries. The endless plunder raids into France for centuries had nothing to do with “trade”; ask Joan of Arc. Raiding Spanish galleons on the high seas had nothing to do with “trade”; the “trade” with the Chinese over opium was achieved by blowing up Chinese ports; the Boer war “traded” Dutch lives for Jews and gold, etc. This rosy view of English imperialism has never been shared by the rest of the world who know better. The conquest of India was a classic example of English “trade”. The British would start with “trade”, then annex one principlality after another to “protect” the interets of the East India Company. After enough cases of playing one ruler off against another with the British picking up the pieces, the British had the entire subcontinent under their control. They then proceeded to rob the Indian people blind. Remember William Hastings, who said that : “Sirs, when I think of how much more I could have stolen, I am astonished by my own modesty?” You should read the excellent speech by Senator Gerald Nye entitled “Aggression Builds the British Empire”. “The Way of the Aggressor” is also quite cogent on the way the English kept continental Europe in turmoil 1550-1814 by playing off one continental rival after another. I won’t bother to go into Oliver Cromwell’s Mavigation laws by which the ships of other nations were declared the prey of English privateers. Which history of which British Empire have you been reading?

It may surprise you that someone with my views should be recounting crimes against the Third world (and white world) by the British. It isn’t that I have any particular sympathy for these groups but when English crocodiles start propagandizing about the benefits they have bestowed on humanity that really is too much. I recall that Dr. Joseph Goebbels wrote many cogent attacks on English hypocrisy. He stated that the British empire had a “history which was more than dubious”. Adolf Hitler frequently mocked English charges of German aggression by pointing out the crimes the British were vcommitting in Palestine. As Der Fuehrer put it in a Sportspalast speech: “The poor Arabs of Palestine are defenseless and forgotten; the Germans of Czechoslovakia are neither defenseless nor forgotten.” You are, of course, quite correct that the majority of American colonials wanted to remain loyal to England. They are lucky they lived before Lord Balfour’s time; had they read his mewling assurancesof fair treatment to the Arabs the American Revolution could have killed more Redcoats a lot more easily. (”Forewarned is forearmed.”)

You ask whether I really do consider blacks less than human. Let me propose a test by which you can answer your own question. When you wind up being burned alive with a rubber tire aound your torso, perhaps with gasoline poured down your throat to enhance the process, courtesy of the enlightened race you adore, then you can ponder whether blacks are really any more advanced than Genghiz Khan (or even more advanced than pacifist, anti-”male violence” feminists who pull their own baby apart with a pair of pliers at the abortion clinic). I am impartially cynical; I know too much about the sewer called humanity to suffer from any unreasonable bias whatever.

No.

Had I answered your loaded question any other way, would you have believed me?
Do you think that:

(1)All dissidents and free thinkers should be wiped off the globe?

(2)All right wing extremists and historical revisionists should be wiped off the globe?

(3)All racists should be wiped off the globe?, etc.

Questions like these are sophomoric.
*

Tony Hollick // 20 December, 2008 at 7:54 pm

john thames:

The questions may be “sophomoric” but when dealing with people who advocate getting rid of other people, they an be useful in finding out who they want to get rid of, thus why. You were supposed to answer the list group by group.

As I will answer yours:

(1)All dissidents and free thinkers should be wiped off the globe?

Of course not: freedom of thought and opinion is one of the glories of the Enlightenment.

(2) All right wing extremists and historical revisionists should be wiped off the globe?

Of course not. Arguing with them may improve our understanding in many ways.

Right wing extremists are usually victims of cripplingly authoritarian child-rearing practices. We need to protect children better against violence.

(3)All racists should be wiped off the globe?

When I was 19, I was “racist” in a typical English middle class way. Then I read a novel by the American writer James Baldwin. Whatever else I thought of the novel, there was nothing in it to make me think that the writer was other than fully human. I was astonished when a (racist) friend told me the author was Black. My racism evaporated. It was predicated on the mistaken idea that Black people must be noticeably different “inside their heads.”

98% of the human genome is held in common. Yet in every society on Earth, darker-skinned people are at the bottom of the social pyramid, while lighter-skinned people are at the top. The only exceptions I can think of are the hapless Jamaican “Red-Legs”, poor whites brought in to be slavemasters, until slavery was abolished.

Their history is instructive…

john thames // 20 December, 2008 at 9:09 pm

Tony:

You have learned all the wrong lessons in life. Blacks are completely different inside their heads. There are all kinds of well documented scientific studies on their lesser mental development. Wake up to the real world. It will not be found in James Baldwin novels.

I have heard the nonsense about right wing extremists having grown up in “authoritarian” families. You haven’t been reading “The Authoritarian Personality” by Theodore Adorno, have you? Actually, I grew up in the least authoritarian family you could imagine. You are off the mark again.

So what?
First, you get that in common with big apes, too.
Second, look up a Open University broadcast named “the human genome”…you’ll see top scientist claiming this “98% in common with” means NOTHING…in fact humans are “50% banana” says one scientist…and humans have only twice as many genes as a…WORM says another scientist.
But probably all you care about is making some bandwagon appeal.
A look at US crime rates may also help you understand how “you know who” is typically eyed with suspicion.
Neither the OU, nor the US justice dept. are run by ODESSA.

“98% of the human genome is held in common. Yet in every society on Earth, darker-skinned people are at the bottom of the social pyramid, while lighter-skinned people are at the top.”

I stated an observable, ascertainable fact. There are many explanations for differences in skin colour. Given all the different explanations for different groups, why should there be this uniformity of outcome, unless cultural factors account for the discrimination? Genetic traits in a population converge to the mean.

You cannot have sex with a banana and expect a fertile human baby as a result. At least, I must hope that you wouldn’t expect that; but in the light of your utterances, we can leave nothing to chance… >:-}

One look at US “crime” rates (most of these “crimes” are figments of the imaginations of authoritarian legislators) shows us that a low-level race war is in progress in the US.

Life expectancy in US prisons is 50. Most prisoners are black, at peak “breeding” age. They cannot “breed” in prison. They cannot vote afterwards. How “convenient!”

The aptly-named “US Criminal Justice System” shows us only too clearly, that the emotions which incinerated those millions are alive and well. Most of the Nazi “Race” ideologies and practices actually _originated_ in the US. No need for any ODESSA to get them there. Read up on Eugenics in America.

The first kiss between a white man and a black woman on US TV was between Kirk and Uhuru in “STAR TREK” in 1964. (And even then, the plot demanded that they were acting under mind control).

Try this:

Fly to New York and get a skilled theatrical make-up artist to make you up as black. Then spend a few days trying to go about your business.

Try it in London and you won’t be too pleased by what happens, either. Make sure you have a good lawyer.

Theft, burglary, drive-by-shooting, stabbings, dope dealing aren’t thought crimes.
Studies show how AFRICAN taxi drivers do profile potential clients in the same way white taxi drivers do, which means AFRICAN taxi drivers IGNORE many potential AFRICAN clients…it’d be interesting to interview them to find out, eh?

Petty theft and burglary are “have-not” crimes. Drive-by-shootings have to be divided into “recreational” and “reprisal” killings. With stabbings, it’s sometimes hard to know who started the fracas. Some people just like to fight.

For libertarians, sales of unadulterated recreational drugs should not be criminalized. In the ’60s, when heroin was free on the NHS, there was no market for it, and the number of users stayed put at 1600. Then the criminalizing “Do-gooders” got busy… 850,000 users now…

The only experience of criminal behaviour I have is as a white person, at the hands of white people. In most cases, the (white) State Police are worse than useless.

As for your question: James Baldwin put it rather well when he said that if he runs for a bus, and it drives away, for him it may be because he’s black. Likewise, if he asks a pretty girl (or boy) for a dance, and she (or he) refuses, it can always be because he’s black.

BTW: Why did you set off alarms in shopping malls?

When a non-white (or other equally “special” groups like gay, queers etc ) gets a failing grade, it’s the proof that the chauvinist establishment wants them on their knees…
If a “mainstream” (=non-special) boy gets a failing grade, then he either didn’t study hard enough or at best has run into one of those unavoidable teacher-pupil situations that we all have experienced.

I never got to find out. I wear no prosthetic, body plates or similar, either. After a (long) while, security got used to it and no longer bothered with me.
Another time airport security didn’t want (1996) me to board a plane because they said my documents were faulty…AFTER CHECK-IN…that is when I am physically boarding the plane, there comes this big blond and blue-eyed thug with a badge and a gun and stops me.
Another time they didn’t want me to board an EEC domestic flight.
Another time street cops obliged me to go to the station because my car documents (the state-supplied ones & the only ones I got ) were “suspect”.
Another time yet street cops detained me & a friend almost an entire day because we fit the profile of two “terrorists” (in 1993) they were seeking and only released us when I got fed up and asked to make a call to talk to my lawyer.
See?
Maybe they were seeking people riding the same model of car, who knows…
What would a person of color make out of all that?
