Just saying Hi Howdy folks.
I just recently received an updated confirmation of my original 2005 FOIA request regarding flight 77 to the FAA indicating that it is still active.
The follow-up letter I received indicates that they are just now beginning to process these requests
related to 9/11
I am not a pilot, but I have wondered what might be learned providing that customary, highly detailed forensic protocols were followed as in ANY crash investigation.
Crash site details.
Where are the seats, luggage, tail section, other debris considering the size of this plane.
Accounting of passenger remains, the chain of custody of DNA samples etc.
Flight 77 Maintenance logs going back to see if anything unusual might have been done, especially
related to control sections of the plane. Where was the work performed and by whom?
Do the aircraft parts found have serial numbers that match the original build records and maintenance logs?
I also requested any available information regarding the state of the art of remote control mechanisms
that may have been available at that time for an aircraft of this size.
I requested these very specific details in honor of my father who previously worked with the Pentagon Inspector General's Group.
Anyway, If by some miracle I do receive anything noteworthy, I'll be sure to post the results.
