Joe Collum (PBS) says he talked to a firefighter who saw a police officer with his gun drawn. When asked why, the NYPD officer told the firefighter that there were "people planting bombs" in the area.

At [0:07], it sounded like "West Street" to me, and the "About" says NYPD officer, although the opening footage shows the post-collapse Pentagon. Is Joe Callum talking about Arlington/Pentagon or NYC?

The NYPD officer was of course referring to the towers and the area around the towers.
