Full Version: "computer Rooms" Hit In Both Wtc 1 & 2?

It has been claimed that computer rooms in both WTC 1 & 2 were directly hit. I'm digging for more info, more than what I've seen thus far. Hard cold proof would be great.

Floor plans? Tenants list by floor?

Evidence of Local Carrier Colo / Pop / Server Rooms that were hit?

Many thanks in advance,

As far as tenants by floor, here are some resources/info:

http://www.tbtf.com/unblinking/arc/2001-09a.htm

http://projects.gsd.harvard.edu/redclub/gsd5482.pdf

http://www.renewnyc.com/content/07.23.03Session2.pdf

The infamous Rudy G appears to have retained? the floor plans for WTC2 South in his post-mayoral "personal" effects, but see the thread here:

I also posted some information on WTC7 and its very curious list of tenants on that same thread

Thanks, guys. Saved me a load of time searching for these. I've been over most of these, keeping me glued to the screen for more than half the day. Found a lot of good info.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tenan...ld_Trade_Center is the best source for a list of tenants for all buildings, WTC NYC. Most floors would have a computer room of sorts while a few had full blown data centers. I can't find any info about the two planes directly hitting data centers as has been claimed. The idea loses importance as it would be very difficult to hit any part of either tower without hitting at least one computer room and perhaps a smaller server room, based on personal experience in the field of telecommunications and the tenant lists. My search had zilch to do with batteries btw.
