ADQ is simply the code for the Kodiak airport (like PDX is for Portland).

Oh yes I know that. I am just interested in what ADQ would stand for. Like Fresno is FAT. FAT=Fresno Air Terminal
GEG=Spokane-Geiger Field.
The only thing I can find is that ADQ means Avion Taxi. (Air Taxi) and that would make sense.
