Isn't there a law a that prevents any interferences with a Canadian citizens right to vote?!

What's going to happen when six year olds, show up to vote with the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms, and a signed passport/birth certificate?

Not allowing them that right, could be a capital offense!

i can see all running politicians, sending their own children off, armed with a Charter of Rights and a passport, to vote!

i mean, if every vote counts,
then the unexpected "children vote" this election,
could be a big upset.

Well, Canadians have endorsed the leader to do whatever he feels like doing for the next 4-5 years, if they voted,
no matter who they voted for, and even if they spoiled their ballot.

Like spoiled children, i guess.
The Canadian public has refused to realize, that by participating in the vote, they are supporting whoever gets elected, regardless of who they voted for.

The only way to remove this justification behind the authority from government, and make a statement, is not to vote, it seems to me.

Because if nobody at all voted, the ruling party would have no excuse to get away with what they are doing to the people of Canada, and the world.

i know, "if you don't vote, you have no reason to complain",
But if you did vote, you have endorsed the continuation, of this same corruption.

and aren't we supposed to be post-democratic now, anyway.

They keep special track of the percentage of each country that turns out to vote, in every election.

So not voting, does count!

(i think i see why the usa has such a low voter turnout)

I don't waste my time watching dancing with the stars or See Us Lying Our Arses Off CBC.

I am a non voter and believe I'm allergic to business suits, too.

What other games can we play?

It has always been dictates issued from above.
Today this is done through the guise, and facade of democracy.
The turn-out for a vote, gives justification to, and authorizes these dictates.

So the guy, or party, you voted for didn't get in, you still have given whoever is in power, carte blanche authority to do whatever they want, regardless of what they may have promised. With no recourse for 4 to 5 years.

The whole political structure is superficial,
to the way that the world is, and always has been run.

So by not voting, and not participating in this system,
invalidates the authority of government.

In a way, not voting, is a vote of non-confidence, in an entire governmental system, by the public.

Harper and his buffoons added hundreds of millions of dollars to my children's debt load with this self serving maneuver.

For what?

Like 39% of my fellow citizens, I will not play their stinking, sickening game of misdirection.

Politics or religion. I'm not sure who lies more to themselves and others...

People get taxed in every fiscal transaction,
short of donations to speshill foundations.

Every liter of gasoline is taxed,
there are taxes on tax.
and probably taxes on taxes on tax...
We are constantly being hit with some sort of direct or indirect tax, continuously.

They got a debt clock, spinning wildly,
but where is the revenue clock?
Wouldn't it be actually, spinning faster?
We need to see both sides of the equation.
That's basic accounting.


You can't run a farm at a loss,
it has to be making something.
