Chemtrails serve several purposes;
1. Make the sky appear "dirty" from manufacturing, automobile travel and planes
2. Weather modification for crowd control, ie; a given population becomes politically active, here comes a flash flood
3. Food availability, pricing and the call for government to 'help' feed the masses when supplies are intentionally destroyed by the very same government.
