My opinion is that because they voted for a law which is selevidently severely violating 5th and 6th article of Bill of Rights (which is the integral part of the US Constitution) and so broke their oaths to the US Constitution by giving the aid and comfort to the enemies of the US Constitution, my opinion is that they shouldn't recall them, but they should directly vote for their successors, because the senators already lost eligibility to hold their offices - and the Congress didn't held a vote by two thirds in each of the houses to hold them in the office and couldn't have held such a vote, because most of the Congressmen and Senators by voting for NDAA lost their eligibility to hold any state or federal offices - because it is selfevidently clear that by voting for NDAA they all gave aid and comfort to the enemies of the Constitution of the United States -for which now will be clearly easier to get rid of any opposition using means in a harsh contradiction to the rights the Constitution guarantees and which also provides clearly what would happen with those breaking their oaths to the same giving aid and comfort to those who want to violate it.
The 14th Amendment sec.3 reads:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

I would not object to a proper trial for those who voted in favor, and for the president who signed it, and if convicted, a public hanging. I would volunteer to be the hangman, but I might have to stand in line.
