If, after taking the time to actually read what Ron Paul stands for, and going back through his Congressional record, you can , in good conscieence declare that the poor of this nation are the result of their own making and should be left to die, as Ron Paul believes. Or after reading his voting Republican in 90 per cent of his votes, voted against the clean air act, the employee free choice act, the water quality finacing act, among numerous big business, anti-people votes, you can still proclaim this man fit for anything other than a janitor, then ok. Vote for him. But for God's sake, do some research first.

So who do you think is being honest with the American people? I'm curious.

We are looking for some HONESTY to come out of Washington. Paul and Kucinich to date are about the only ones we see who are listening to the people and talking some TRUTH.

Sure, I don't agree with all of Paul's views, but he is talking about some things that seriously need addressing such as the lies of this administration, the lie of the Federal Reserve, the New World Order threat, and things that this nation has to wake up to.

So, being we don't have ANY pure Congressmen in Washington, these 2 guys come the closest to bits of the TRUTH.

After doing more research, I'm liking Kucinich more and more, as he goes along with more of my beliefs and is at least thinking about calling for IMPEACHMENT, and is doing something to try to investigate 911.

So, we see 2 candidates who are speaking the right way on some very crucial topics, and are informing Americans of that. The two party system is a sham, and the REGULAR people who are running for President in 2008 are NOT who we need to run this country, they are part of the problem.

We need new BLOOD and someone who will DEAL WITH THE ROOT CAUSES OF the problem. PAUL and KUCINICH are at least willing to do that. We can't get everything we want in a candidate, but we can surely do better than a CLINTON, MCCAIN, GIULIANI, and THOSE PERPS who are part of the problems in our nation.

So, who do you think is HONEST in government and trying to get to the root causes of the problems? I hope you have someone else we haven't discovered yet.

Thx
Sanders
Anyone who has presented a bill in Congress to abolish the Federal Reserve, which is the ROOT of all our problems, gets my vote ... and that means Ron Paul. I could care less about anything else.

Paul and Kucinich are about it Ms. Jo.

A few reasons I Like Paul and Kucinich - These men have a BACKBONE and are truly strong, which is rare in Congress these days. It appears that most of our Congressmen have sold out to the corp lobbyists, and others and have lost their BACKBONE. What other Congressmen do you see promoting this necessary legislation, or who even are smart enough to know we have a problem to begin with?

These MEN ARE BRAVE, STRONG and will be the ones helping restore our NATION.
Let's hope that the other CONGRESSMEN get on board with them and decide to do what is right and honorable, rather than that which is feeding our Nation to destruction!

Strong,

I would also suggest that you not use the Washington Post as your main source, as they are part of the PROPAGANDA machine in this nation.

Technically, I feel they should be boycotted until they learn how to be a REAL News Agency.
Justcause
OK first off I haven't even checked this out yet so this is just so far an opinion.

But if these guys were in office in '01 and beyond something else is worth checking out.

Patriot Act and Military Commission Act are the 2 biggest breaches in Constitutional Law ever to my knowledge and if these guys were in office and voted "Yay", they deserve no vote. Period.

PS Sorry I didn't check (would only take about 15-20 minutes of clicking) I just wanted to go take care of some stuff and didn't feel like it atm. B)

Well ok it took more like 4 minutes. Paul voted Nay. smile.gif
